I was able to get the medicines I needed for my flu and stomach flu quickly and without disruptions. The checkout was prompt and I was acknowledged by employees and managment.

They never answer the phone in the pharmacy. Terrible, people are asking questions about their medications, what’s is wrong with them? This is unacceptable. No wonder Rite Aid is going bankrupt

Ransomville Rite Aid is a friendly helpful store; from helping you find items, asking questions in the pharmacy, to helping you with your pictures done on the Photo Machine. Friendly and helpful, what more could you ask for!!

I was shorted a week of pills. It was my first time being prescribed this medication so I didn’t know any better until the second prescription was in a bigger bottle. Both bottles said 60 pills, but 60 pills didn’t fit in the first bottle. I found it odd that nobody would take the time to investigate who filled the prescription that day or take the time to look at the bottles. I was told that I should’ve counted my pills, that their inventory was correct and it was great “that my insurance company could fill them early.” Sure you’re inventory would be correct after someone pocketed a week’s worth of my medication. Switching pharmacies after feeling I can’t trust this one. Not a good way to handle pain pills in all aspects of a business.

Pharmacy is absolutely horrible! You get texts saying your prescription is done then go to the store and most times wait in line for 15 mins only to find out it’s not ready! This has happened many times. Today I went there at 12:00 because we got a text saying script was ready. Guess what? It wasnt! We agreed I’d come back at 5:00. Got there waited in line(15mins) not ready!!!!!! I waited another 15 min for them to fill it!! Needless to say we are changing pharmacies!!!

Just called this Ransomville location and was advised that this location DOES NOT DO COVID TESTING! And does not have any information about the testing or the time span to get the results, even though their website states that this location does provide testing.

I called in 3 prescriptions for my husband , refills, girl said the one needed be called by doctor for refill again. Assure me by end of day they contact my doctor to get them all refilled. So told I be in next day, when I went as usual they were not busy, but they make wait like there is ten customers stand in line and there no one . then tell the one wasn't filled , that never got call back from my doctor which I knew couldn't be true. they waste my time . I went home missing one of the prescriptions and called my doctor and said never got called about prescription. My doctor office said not to depend the Rite aid cause they don't bother. next time call them my self. so now I got to go back tomorrow and see if its done . they waste my time and my gas. Rite aid in Ransomville just doesn't have it. I don't have this problem with other Rite aids.

The pharmacy is not open as the hours listed online and there is no hours posted anywhere in the store.
I also looked for other items and I guess because they are not a decoration or prescription drug you can't get these items. One item in particular was Oil of Clove. Have to deal with the toothache unless I want to use a drug.

Try doing business with this rite aid
Pharmacy dept. 3 times this week. They don't have competent help back there or knowledgeable help to help you . they leave you leaving fustrated and your insurance or scripted mess up. Then with a additute that really don't care.
