Had to get my front breaks changed urgently before a road trip, he fit me in his schedule just in time! I always go to Rodney for inspection every year. Being a young female it's hard to find places that don't treat you dumb or try to offer services you don't need. Rodney is always truthful about what needs to be done and doesn't add extra unnecessary services to steal more money off you. I highly recommend Rodney! I've never had any issues with anything he has fixed! So worth!

1st time going here - My wife had new alternator put in our vehicle here. A month later car trouble, she took it in to another auto shop and they said we needed an alternator. We told them we just had it replaced, they said that we definitely didn’t have a new alternator put in. So, the mechanic lied and charged us for an alternator we never received. We did take it back to Niagara Automotive and they did finally put in a new alternator.2nd time - Just recently she went back, stupidly, to have tires put on our truck and when she left the car shook very noticeable and excessively. When we took it back they said we needed a tie rod and wheel bearing and it would be around $1000. Keep in mind the vehicle was perfectly fine when we went there to get the tires put on. I was thinking maybe they didn't balance and realign. ?? I have no proof but I feel as though they sabotaged the vehicle or somehow purposely damaged it. We are definitely sure it drove perfectly fine prior. We ended up going to another place and paid $30 for a tie rod and $20 for labor. Problem fixed for $50. My wife is the one that was taken advantage of in this situation and she feels as though it's because she's a woman with little knowlege about cars. I don't know much more than she does but I've talked to friends and family that do and they say this is a common scam.

Rodney does great work.He's a stand up guy and has very reasonable prices. Also doesn't BS you bout what needs to be done, only recommends what he thinks is absolutely needed at the time and may recommend something if he thinks it may be needed in the hear future, but will let you know of that. Only place I go to take my vehicle.
