The cashiers are always nice however the pizza needs to be cooked longer. Every time I've ordered in the past year it has been undercooked in the middle. Still nice and crispy and cooked through on the outside. I get it that different toppings cook quicker than others however I would rather have a fully cooked through pizza with crispy near burnt toppings rather than wallpaper paste raw in the center

In my travels I came to this location. The store manager was rude and disrespectful. she was more concerned being on her cellular device than helping out customers.

Food is okay for a gas station, the manager Shana there is always rude to her employees and customers. The parking lot is always dirty and littered with trash. And I always see dishes sitting on the floor from the sub station. Honestly they need some new management.

Ordered a tuna submarine sandwich, gave the clerk my name and number then went to pick it up. Stood in line and then paid for the sub. 5 minutes later was informed that the store didn't have any tuna fish. They could have said that when I ordered the sub, called me before I went to pick it up or proir to me paying for it. Sorry customer service.

11-5-2019 Around 2-3PM, Just got 2 subs from Crosby's, in Ransomville , NY. the last 6 months subs been very disappointing. today got the WORST SUBS ever !!!!!!!!!! , ham subs they left out the cheese, never toasted bun, and hardly had any ham, other sub was chicken finger sub, buns wasn't toasted also, an we like are buns toasted...the sub was actually cold. chicken subs are suppose to be warm or hot to touch and taste. YUCKY, food.... We not ever ordering from them again , cost us over $21. an change. They use to good subs . Something going over there . Bad help .........A few months ago order pizza, better with frozen pizza, a couple weeks ago was there and man was trying to order Ham sub they were out of Ham, can you believe thatYesterday try order a Philly's steak sub, their meat was frozen , so couldn't order one so we order other subs , awful , if like just onion sub, go to Crosby's , for sure their food is just become yuck,. An they have no bags to carry anything you buy there I think only store that does that . disgusting. their cashiers are polite though . they have to be or no one come back. not for food for sure11-08-2021 order pizza with few sides and one was double mushrooms , they pretty much forgot the mushrooms didn't realizes it till got home , other wise the pizza was good, would have been better with mushroom as we ordered. , there was one piece mushroom on each slice we had ordered double mushrooms . should checked pizza before we took it home , this is second time they done this to us. we were charged for double side mushrooms and there not enough on pizza to call one side order of mushroom SERIOUSLY ...DISAPPOINTED AGAIN4-17-2023 they had sale this month steak subs for only $9.99 all of April, they person taking order had no idea what talking about, after 5 minutes waiting on phone he figured it out, so we ordered two large steak subs, they forgot cut them in half and again they were DRY no miracle whip or mayonnaise, which we asked for to be put on subs. asked for them to be toasted, didn't happen period. always disappointing. most places don't mess up a subs. when we will learn.

always a good place for locals however the staff team leading supervisor seems pretty nasty always an additude and talks down to people. they had no gas on Christmas and with no signs posted on any pumps people kept walking in saying their pumps wouldnt work she kept huffing her breath saying we dont have any loud and rude and mumbling under her breath. I think maybe customer service might not be her line of work.

Talk about safety. There were so many wet floor signs. When I walked past one I almost forgot the floor was wet. But then I saw another sign and remembered. Until I walked by that one too. Then I miraculously saw another. Thank you Crosby's team members for keeping me safe and letting me know you have a wet floor? ?

We decided to order pizza from this location since we usually enjoy a slice on the road here and there. We ordered a sheet pizza and added 40 wings since there was an online coupon. After ordering, I went and picked up the food. I realized that they prepared the order incorrectly. I went back to the store, and asked if they could fix my order, to which I was met with a rude manager who appeared to have no interest in helping me. She also argued with me and told me there was no online coupon, and tried charging me extra for the wings that they didn't prepare for us per our order. After finally receiving almost everything, I went home. Now the most frustrating part.. the pizza was cardboard thin with barely any sauce on about 65% of it, and the wings were pathetic. They didn't even look like chicken wings. They were all broken and some didn't have any sauce at all. As for taste, I think I would rather just drink hot sauce.. we didn't even waste our time complaining since the manager made it obvious how much she doesn't care about customer concerns. Bonus: the cashier who dealt with me made a rude comment to a young customer who was wearing a mask in the building. She passive aggressively questioned why he was wearing a mask, then laughed at his answer. This was very unprofessional.

I don’t ever complain but tonight I was at the Dunkin’ Donuts inside to purchase a drink and the employee was washing dishes and a Crosby employee came over rudely telling her the sink they must share has been used to much and she can just rinse her dishes!!!! Thank god the girl stood her ground and didn’t just cow tow to the employee at crosbys I’m just disgusted with the pandemic and coco if you would have the morals of telling another employee who dealsWith foodAnd beverages to rinse the dishes u can’t clean them!!! I’m calling a district managerOr someone cuz I’m appalled the lady who harassed the Dunkin employee was on crutches should’ve gotten her name but I’m sure they know who I’m talking about!!! But the Dunkin employee you go girl!!!!!! The iced coffee was delish!!!!

I love crosbys pizza its my favorite ever. Its always clean in there and easy to get in and get out. The employees are always so nice and friendly and do great work being at a fast paced environment. Keep up the good work Crosbys team

If i could provide a lower rating I would. I have spent so much money at this business, in return to get treated like garbage. Rude remarks made by employees while browsing product. Employees constantly complaining about business practices. There was one younger guy who was always polite, but other than that - everyone else is miserable and treats you like a pile of cow dung.

Picked up a couple slices of ? and ? on the way home today. Even though I'm vaccinated, I appreciate they still follow Covid guidelines. The cashier picked out one steak and one pepperoni pizza slice. They were both awesome. She was very nice and we had a brief conversation. Very clean store.

The store's is always in great shape whenever I come in. The workers are always polite and keep to the COVID guidelines too. Honestly, with the stuff these people have to go through on a daily basis, they deserve raises.Anyways, great customer service and food. Hope to see this store continue to prosper for years to come.
