My mother (rest her soul) had used this company 20 years ago. My mother's chair was starting to look bad. I reached out to Elaine who took the time to answer all my questions and was so accomdating dropping off the chair. When my son went and picked up the chair it looked like it came back to life, it was unbelievable. The workmanship and the detail of the chair brought tears to my eyes. Let me assure you they are the very best at what they do. I would highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

Impressive customer service. If you're inclined to have that special piece of furniture reupholstered, consider Randolph. They will find a material that matches the original to make that special chair or sofa look like new. For those who have never had a special piece of furniture reupholstered, prepare to be patient. Quality reupholstering is not instant coffee. From pickup to delivery can take months. Great things take time, unless you're talking track and field, or a record bull ride.

OUTSTANDING - Work and Customer Service. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my treasured furniture upholstered. They were helpful with the selection of fabric, which there is endless books. I dropped off the chairs and they had them done within a week and helped load into my van. Thank you so much.... tell everyone!
