Called for a consultation for tax preparation and was told it would be $795.00 minimum! The reason? "We have so many clients." Last time I checked if you have an abundance of clients you are able to hire additional staff and charge less. What is actually happening in the world............

Had a very bad experience with this business. I went to them knowing I was in a bad place with my taxes. My state filing was done incorrectly, and it has been a battle that is still going on almost 2 years later. I was hoping that paying a higher amount for the service, and this firm would make things easier for me. It was not the case.I have since found an accountant that can provide me with the kind if personalized care and attention to detail that is better in line with their service costs.

I called the Queensbury office for a consultation using the phone number provided on the website. The phone rang 6 times. A woman answered, "Hello?". No name, no thank you for calling, no business identification. I said I was calling for a consultation. "For what?". I told her, and she says, "No," and she hung up.
