There this one guy there everytime he sees me he gets miserable and asked like I just ruined his whole day I wish I knew his name so I can put it down here then he tries to be nice when I said I’m sorry for bothering you, never coming back gonna go to a place that welcomes all types of people

They are always helpful and friendly to me every time I go. I have no trouble getting things done there even with the new guidelines for distancing and masks. They are a great team.

The people that work here are awesome but the public doesn't have any way of communicating with this office. I have called many times, sat on hold for half an hour before driving over there keeping my phone on, I walk through the doors and I'm still holding. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me.

This PO lost an Express Mail envelope, which cost me $36, to ship overnight from Midway, Georgia to company in Queensbury. Among other important papers, it contained a personal check from me for over a thousand dollars. I got no satisfaction from them
