We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Donna and I needed new phones and we’re so glad we went to them. Not only did we get two phones for an exceptional price, he also took our old phones plus another one we had as trade in toward the new ones. Plus as an added bonus, he “gave” us both new cases and new glass for the screens. We’ll never go anywhere else for our phone, iPad or extras again. Several friends recommended them to us and they were all so right. Do yourself a favor and go to Ugly Phones, LLC. You’ll be glad you did.

Richard and Corey are the best! They are quick, affordable, friendly and know what they are doing. I wouldn’t go to any other place for repairs or to buy a phone. I have used them for many years and recommend them to everyone. Great work guys

I have been there twice for two different phone problems. I had the glass replaced on my son's phone. They did a fast great job. The second time I went to have my charging port changed because my phone wasn't charging. Instead on charging me for a new port he said some time if you really clean the port the phone charges again. He cleaned the port for me and the phone is working again. He didn't charge me. In this day and age you can't beat that. Highly recommended

I dropped my phone in the lake and brought it into ugly phones where they told me that it couldn’t be fixed so I did not have a phone for months my dad then replaced the screen and it worked fine i’m very disappointed with ugly phones and would not recommend going there.

This store deserves 10 stars! I was devastated when something fell on my Ipad and fractured the entire screen. Before buying a new Ipad, I went to Ugly Phones to see if there was anything they could do. In less than four hours, I had a brand new screen installed at an unbelievably affordable price. Quality work, quick service and affordable - this is the place to go!

Always prompt and straight to the point. Thought I needed a new charger port but it was just chummed with debris. Even though I tried to pay him he cleaned it free of charge. Took him about 30 secs lol.Will always go back when my phone needs a repair
