“Amazing service. Very pleasant and show you what’s exactly going on with your car. The service for waiting was not long at all. The guy at the front desk is super helpful and explains everything to you. I had 3 littles with me and no one batted an eye to their chaos. Offered coloring books and like the play hide and seek with a marker. My dealership couldn’t get me for 3 days and I was just a walk in. Highly recommend Mavis Tire!”
“We were driving back from Vermont to Pennsylvania on an holiday weekend and our car was shaking. Concerned, we looked for a reputable place we could stop to have it looked at while we grabbed lunch. We called and got some friendly advice on what the problem likely was and how to fix it. They easily could’ve had us stop in, look at it, told us the same information and charged us. It’s nice to see there are still honest people around. Thank you for your help!!!”
“First time I have ever been to RNR as I was not familiar with them, but being a Saturday and needing to get something done ASAP, I decided to give them a shot. I walked in when they opened, explained to them what was going on and what I wanted them to do. They got me right in and took care of me immediately. The tech brought me back and showed me what he found and explained what he was going to do to correct the issue. They just won a new customer, I will most definitely return in the future. Very friendly staff.”

“I had a flat tire in the Lake Placid and needed to get to Syracuse for a family reunion on Labor Day weekend. They had the tire size I needed in stock and were also very helpful offering me guidance. They were closing early on this Saturday and so did all the check in over the phone to make sure I could be fit in before the end of the day. It took awhile to get there as I was driving on a spare, but they still took the job knowing I was a bit stuck. They had everything wrapped up in 45 minutes and I still made it to spend the weekend with family. Very grateful to the team for the quality professional service on the holiday weekend! Also very reasonable prices.”
“They got me right in when I needed it. Greeted me upon arrival. The manager that was covering for the regular manager was very personable and accommodating for what I needed in a time crunching day. It made for a happy day getting one more task done on a short notice.”

“We were driving from Vermont to New Jersey for the holidays when the car started vibrating. We stopped at a few tire places but they were all booked. We drove into Adirondack Tire in Queensbury, NY. They were amazing. They fixed the problem and balanced the tires and we were on our way. Everyone was professional and personable. And just so nice to fix the car on such late notice. It was a great Christmas present. I highly recommend them.”

“Went to TFT for a leak in my tire, Adam was extremely helpful and professional during my visit and his team were equally professional. I was provided mutiple updates and the job was completed relatively fast.
The store was clean as were the bathrooms, and the vending machine was well stocked. I've previously used this location and have had excellent service and expierences in the past and the same customer service is still there.
I will be returning in the future for any further services.”
