THE GYM offers small group classes, personal training, and sports training in a supportive and welcoming community. The priority is client health, physical fitness, and safety. The compassionate and knowledgeable trainers are dedicated to helping everyone reach their goals, regardless of experience or fitness level. Group classes are small and not jam-packed, allowing for personally tailored modifications. Instructors know each client's limitations and how far to push them. The team workout environment is great, with a focus on correcting form to prevent injury. Workouts involve body weight strength training and cardio, and are made fun with games and contests. The staff has a great attitude and is amazing, flexible, and welcoming. They get to know clients on a personal level, holding them accountable to goals while acknowledging accomplishments. There is a great balance of taking goals seriously and adding fun and humor, fostering a real sense of community. Many people make major accomplishments here.

I dropped in with my sister-in-law, and the owner and coaches were so welcoming and knowledgeable. Great comprehensive workout. I'd join if I lived closer!

Ryan Holderman is a good kind smart dude. He gave me that little kick of confidence I needed and I did the rest of the work myself and I'm pleased with the results.
