Thank you dave and the amazing staff at car shoppe. The process was easy and fast. They were very polite and helpful with all my questions. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs and wants were met. I drove from far away to get here so they did everything they could before I showed up to make the process even faster which was wonderful. Thank you guy so much for the help and putting me in the vehicle I wanted.

Bought my car a bit over a month ago, was fine for the first few days but was sounding funny then would completely stop working. Took about that entire month after complaining and getting it looked at for it to get fixed, that was after it was looked at about 5 times and spending a week in the shop for nothing to change and be told nothing was wrong. Finally got it fixed and they tried saying we didn’t bring it back in time or at all and wanted us to pay about $500 for repairs even tho thats how i got it. They like to sell defective cars and expect ppl to pay for the repairs instead of just making sure its fixed to begin with. Their auto shops are very incompetent, they cant even notice an oil change message or the autostart being broken on the dash screen even when you tell them what’s wrong and needs to be fixed. It took my boyfriend and google to find out it was the throttle body thats broke instead of them just doing their job. Wouldn’t even take the car back so im just taking my business elsewhere

Junk cars . Way overpriced but that's what guaranteed financing gets you. Sold my sister a used car not even in the shop and checked yet. Made her put more down and sacrafice the warranty to get payments that were still stupid high. 18k for a 4k car on fb all day. Told her to keep her car and not go there but salesman sold her. Check engine light on first week. Lost car for 2 weeks. Got back and light on for something diff they say 3 days later. Car has been back to shop and others total of 11 times and another 2k out of pocket in less than a year!!!! Currently uninspectable with catalytic convertor codes now and they refuse to help! Car is junk less than 1 year into the 5 year loan.They want to sell her a warranty now. Place is a scam. Said they would fix rust spots too. Car had spray paint over rust spots that was running down trunk and rocker. I met with the salesman and manager. Typical bait and switch bs. Also know of 2 others who bought there and had to sell vehicle for less than owned and eat it because of so many issues. The guaranteed approval is tempting but it's 21 percent interest for junk cars bought at auction that are literally 5 times the kbb price. Be warned!!!!
Update... your response is the same generic one you give everyone..she has been calling and leaving messages for 3 weeks!!!! Her car is parked.because it needs 7k worth of repairs and hasn't even had it for 7 months!!! Don't lie to people on here! You and the manager do nothing but lie to people to get them to sign into overpriced and abused junk. Everyone knows most used cars come from auction. no duh. You know exactly what people mean when they say you get the REAL junk and sell it for 10 times it's value. Stop already. Just google complaints against them and see the BBB profile on this shop as well. 3 star fb and 1 star yelp..Enough said

This place will waste your time. I had 3 vehicles I was going to look at yesterday. Got a text from “Nick” about the 5$ down bullcrap. Asked plenty of questions before I even came in to make sure it wouldn’t be a waste of my time, and so I canceled seeing the other vehicles. Drove an hour plus out of my way just to be told I was denied. No shit that’s why I asked so many questions so you wouldn’t waste my time. Didn’t even get an apology. They don’t care about you they care about selling vehicles and will tell you anything you want to hear to sell you anything they can.

“BUYER BEWARE BELIEVE ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS”
I wanted to set up an appointment to see a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon listed on the website. Was aggressively pursued and told things like “need nothing more than $5” after repeated attempts to explain I have no extra money for upfront costs.
I missed my first “forced” appt and after several follow-up messages made another appt after being told “they had the vehicle all set to go” and “they would hold the vehicle for me” a week until I could make it in to see it.
Despite the appointment, no one was prepared to meet me, and the vehicle was not as described. Even had something metal sticking out of a tire that when brought to their attention only seemed to cause an issue with one of the employees. After waiting for 35 minutes without any assistance, the staff seemed unhelpful and dismissive to my friend and my 12 year old daughter when they went in to remind them we were there, so I made my way to the nearest sales person and stated I'd make an appt for another time when they were not so busy, as I walked away I was stopped by an aggressive and unprofessional employee and told if I would like, someone would be right there to help, that there were only 2 people working which was obviously not true, When I attempted to discuss the vehicle with a salesman he directed to get up and come help me after returning again from the lot, I was met quickly with increasingly more hostile and unprofessional behavior from what I can only assume was the sales manager shortly into my conversation with the salesman culminating in a public outburst informing me in front of another customer that seemed to be just returning from their own test drive that he was working with, that “all cars aren't even looked at or worked on until sold and I was only there to qualify as being able to finance the vehicle not to look at or be able test drive any vehicle. And that I should expect a doctor office type experience when setting an appointment where you will be handle whenever they decide is appropriate”. I could only laugh out loud as I tried to calmly walk back to my car as he loudly professed that “apparently they couldn't do anything to make me happy and to have a nice day!” across the entire showroom area I was already out the door. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience.
I had referred 3 people to them after having a decent experience looking at a jeep about 2 years ago that ultimately we did not sign a deal on. But definitely would not recommend currently
I have decided to not post any photos or video at this time, to allow the company time to respond but will update in a few weeks with whatever if any resolution, this may hopefully bring.
And to The Car Shoppe Remember, negative feedback from potential customers can be just as important as positive reviews. By responding to all types of reviews, especially constructive criticism, businesses can demonstrate their proactive approach to customer satisfaction. Unsolicited feedback from vocal customers can offer valuable insights for delivering exceptional customer experiences.which is all this is aimed at achieving as I believe your business to be a very vital role in our community and wanted so badly to become an advocate for your services. I would have to say though at this time all of the negative reviews of your Sales manager and the quality of inventory seems to most accurately match my experience far more than any positive review, outside of Jared seeming to want to help but was quickly shut down as I described above. I look forward to a possible conversation where any and all inaccuracies can be remedied.

These guys suck. Talk to one on the phone that told me I was approved up to 28000, 5$ down. I drive 2 1/2 hours to get there and told nope can't get anything without a 5000 down payment. Way to completely lie over the phone. Plus my credit got pulled hours ago but he will tell you they don't do it until you get there. Real winners these guys.
