Where do I start…within 3 days of buying the vehicle the water pump went and they fixed that. Everything else waited until it was out of its limited warranty. I paid for extended warranty that they always refuse to honor. I have been able to get the warranty honored elsewhere but have had nothing but problems. Whenever I have called for service or for oil changes etc. they always have excuse or have canceled several appointments on me to not honor their end of what I paid for with the service plan etc. when I went to refinance within a year of purchase I was denied because they sold the vehicle to me for 270% over the value and found out it had catastrophic damage including the jaws of life used on the vehicle prior to my purchase(picture from when this was discovered included). Anytime there is an issue with the vehicle they try to blame other shops etc. instead of taking responsibility for selling me garbage. They took advantage of a single mother with a special needs child and enjoy blaming her and everyone else for this instead of taking responsibility. Do not go here!!!

I am so so so happy to come across a dealership and car that was so great! Also Dan who is very dedicated to the cause and helping people! I shopped for long weeks for a vehicle i liked and could afford. I just wasn’t finding anything that was just what I wanted but also that fit my budget for what I needed in my life. This was the easiest experience I have ever had. Dan and Adam were great, pretty much everything was done online so when I got to the dealership all I had to do was sign a couple of things and off I went in my absolutely beautiful new car! This place is wonderful and I'll most definitely be shopping there for any future vehicles!

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle in my own. Adam made the process super smooth and explained everything to me ahead of time so i knew every step. I purchased a Dodge Ram… when i got there everything was ready to go!!! My truck is super sweet! The customer service was amazing and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Streeters is the way to go!!!!

An amazing company and wonderful customer service and handled things with less hassle and was very good at having things set up and ready for when I picked up my vehicle definately was for my first vehicle and now my second and definately future purchases amazing vehicles in good shape and well running vehicles I would definately recommend going to them for future vehicle purchases

Where do I even start??… Adam, is AMAZING!! After a days of driving around & calling dealerships looking for a reasonably priced 3rd row family vehicle… I was about to give up! Decided to pull into Streeters & so thankful I did!! Although they didn’t have anything on the lot that I absolutely loved, I trusted Adam to find me a vehicle that was everything I described && he did just that! That night he reached out and said he went and got my vehicle, a 2018 GMC Acadia & would be ready for pickup the next day! SUCH A GREAT PLACE, great vehicles & great guys to do business with! Thanks Again!

Absolutely terrible service!! Purchased a used vehicle AND extended warranty from Streeters. At first they were great and polite. We've had several major issues with the vehicle. Everything IS covered under the extended warranty however..... Approval is always an issue, their mechanic is NOT qualified to change a tire and it takes weeks for parts sometimes. BTW "We don't do loaner vehicles here. " so you will be paying on a dead horse for a while if and when you're "quality" vehicle is broken down. They refuse to give any paperwork validating the work done to the vehicle so there's not a paper trail to prove it's a lemon either. I would NOT, NOT, NOT ever purchase another vehicle from them again.

Streeters was able to get me into a vehicle that was safe for me to drive even with my less than perfect credit score. I went to a dozen other local dealers and they all looked at my credit and said they couldn’t help or wanted an unreasonable down payment Dan there really put in some serious effort to find a bank who was willing to give me a loan. great people, great service 6/5 stars in my opinion.

I live over two hours away from streeters and out of whim sent them a message. Dan helped me out and everything went smoother than I could have expected. 95% of everything was done over the phone. I road out gave my deposit and was gone with my vehicle in two hours tops. (I got there just as they opened and was still able to get breakfast when I left.) Dan and the rest of the streeter team really made someone's dreams come true that day. I absolutely love my truck. Thanks Streeters!
