this is the fourth time I have come down from diamond point to donate and they’re either closed at 4 o’clock 2 o’clock 415 and the website and everywhere else tells me five then the donation hours are closed to maybe what an hour or two during the day, which, when people work is a little ridiculous, and then the website won’t even let you talk to the local store to see when they’re gonna be there, I don’t know how you guys can be a pillar of the community and be so flaky and unresponsible to your customers and the community. this businesswise..

Over priced for stuff that is donated I feel, especially when we live in a low poverty area

This is a good place to go looking for bargains on used items that are in good condition...Sometimes you can find items that are brand new ? with the original price tags still on them....The people who work there are very helpful and friendly...They're always willing to be there when you need help with something such as the price of an item that hasn't been tagged...It's an adventure to go there and see what you're goingto find for yourself and forsomeone else's needs...

Went to get a specific item about ten minutes before close time. Walked in, and lady said they were closed, despite people still in the store and it not being the posted closing time. This was on 9/21/23.If your not open until 5. Change your posted hours.

When dvd are .99 cent each. Or 5 for 2.99. How can they sell them for 1.99 each. They can keep, also they need a new manager if that was the Manager who checked us out. People who work there are not friendly

Very unorganized .Way overpriced for dingy clothes. Not very clean. Parking lot is a mess. Seems like any good stuff is stolen away by employees. For what is donated it certainly doesn't look like its not being put out for sale. Thieves

I recently donated items to this Salvation Army store. I phoned ahead and checked in when I got there. They were very nice and helpful. This is a great resource for both customers and those who benefit from the sales through the good works of the Salvation Army. (Note: I don't know anyone who works there or who are with the Salvation Army. Just wanted to give some praise for their good works.)

I'm so tired of trying to donate to this place. I live 45 minutes away so I specifically called to make sure that they were still taking donations and that they were until 12. They said yes. I get there before 12 and they tell me they can't take it. This is the second time I've driven down here just to try and donate and been turned away. I won't be trying again. If you have another place to donate at, just go there. It's not worth the hassle of trying to donate at this place.

I'd like to give another star but they are barely open when they are supposed to be!!!! Internet says 10-5, go there, closed and the sign at the locked up gate says temp hours 9-3 and it's still closed. Prices aren't the best for 2nd hand merchandise either!! I was going to donate again but nah, changed my mind seeing their never open like they are supposed to be. ***Fix the hours and you may get costumers back
