Today we went to find a new car and thanks to Marshall Anthoine we found a nice SUV and came home with it the same day. Everyone was very nice and helpful and walked us through every vehicle we looked at until we found the one we wanted.

My husband and I bought a used car from them and everything was going smoothly and we were happy with the car, but at the end, we were disappointed because we were promised to get two key fobs for our car. This was promised specifically by DJ their salesman who sold us the car. The manager didn’t seem to care too much. I was upset about the deceitfulness of the transaction. I know that it’s just a key fob, but it is the principal. We were lied to And why should we have to pay for something now that we were promised? Also, someone was supposed to follow up with us today to give us an answer and I did not get a call.

The sale of our 2022 Subaru started off great. The process was smooth, but they lied to us and so that is why they are getting a one star review. One of the car salesman promised us that we would get two key fobs with our car. When they finally handed over the keys, there was only one. I said to them that they need to buy us another key fob and make a good on their promise. If you’re buying a car, you need two key fobs just like when you’re buying a new one. They basically advertise that they give you a new car buying experience. Well, new cars get two fobs. They were supposed to call me today to discuss it further and no one bothered to call us. I guess it’s because they already have their money. I will never do business with them ever again.

It was a bumpy ride from the start. My sales guy, Josh, was great! He gets 5 stars ?! It was with the finance guy that things got messy and the delivery that was less than satisfactory. In the end there was a resolution, although, I'm still waiting for the title to the vehicle I bought so it can be registered in my name. In my opinion you shouldn't have to get into a pissing match with someone to get an answer when it's there job to be customer friendly.
