“We normally get oil changes done at the dealership. I received a coupon for Valvoline and unexpectedly I had my truck and a few minutes of availability so give it a go. First time experience and was very satisfied. Really felt like the technicians knew what they were doing, were friendly, and it was done in a very reasonable period of time.”

265 Quaker Rd, Queensbury“I went to get an inspection. The manager was doing all the work. All other employees were throwing rags at one another, on their phones, drinking drinks,etc.
One customer was called back because the air filter was not put back in their car. Another customer was called back because they never cashed him out. My car was left sitting outside running, door opened and music playing loud. I had to ask the manager to cash me out.
It is so sad to see today’s generation and their work ethic.”
“Just got 4 tires installed took a bit bs with customer service but the installation went great. Found out Mavis damaged my car installing winter tires never weighted or balanced them. Never did my alignment,now my car is safer+smoother. They did an excellent job installing them but customer service needs to be more upfront/honest with guest that part was beyond annoying”
