“I'm am always pleased with interaction of the techs working on my car while having my oil changed. I really like being in car for this work so if I need to say I don't need something like cabin filter or engine filter I'm right there not wasting their time coming to confer with me.”
“I went to get an inspection. The manager was doing all the work. All other employees were throwing rags at one another, on their phones, drinking drinks,etc.
One customer was called back because the air filter was not put back in their car. Another customer was called back because they never cashed him out. My car was left sitting outside running, door opened and music playing loud. I had to ask the manager to cash me out.
It is so sad to see today’s generation and their work ethic.”
“Just got 4 tires installed took a bit bs with customer service but the installation went great. Found out Mavis damaged my car installing winter tires never weighted or balanced them. Never did my alignment,now my car is safer+smoother. They did an excellent job installing them but customer service needs to be more upfront/honest with guest that part was beyond annoying”
“North Country Subaru is a top level car dealer, the best I have ever been to. Our sales person, Sydney, was awesome, helpful, friendly and had great communication. Nick, the finance manager, was straightforward and easy to work with, none of the normal car dealer games. Ashley, who we did the final sale paperwork with, was also super nice, efficient and honestly fun. One of the things that I think puts them even higher on the top was that we had a small issue with the new car (manufacturing defect), everyone was so quick and apologetic about getting the fix scheduled, completed and got me in a loaner for a couple days while they got it taken care of. How people act and react to issues is sometimes the most important to me, and they took something that could have been frustrating and turned it around to make me an even happier customer. I highly recommend North Country Subaru and we will definitely be back when it's time for our next new car.”
