Owners are terrific to work with and were incredibly accommodating both when we rented the unit, and when the unit was emptied. The very day the unit was emptied they immediately acknowledged that the unit was vacated and confirmed closure of the agreement.
If you ever have the need for a temporary (or long term) storage unit, I highly recommend Northway Self Storage!

I am not very experienced with storage units, but I don't see anything negative about this one. I would've given it 5 stars if it had at lest 1 outlet (if that's a thing in storage units) to keep my motorcycle battery on a trickle charge for the winter.

Last year our garage roof caved in and northway storage was a Godsend. Saved all our belongings. There arent many affordable places left to store your stuff, and staff is always eager to assist. Great place, sincerely recommend if youre ever in need.

we moved in from out of state, the girl jessica who works there was very helpful in helping us with not only our storage needs but with finding all the local places we needed. they went above and beyond and the grounds and our bay were immaculate. thumbs up.

To all my fellow Auction bidders , Today I had bid on a unit that was full of dust and cob webs , and nice big safe !! The pictures that I had bid on showed NO fingerprints on it looked like it wasn’t touched in years! Upon opening up the unit , first thing noticed was nothing but fingerprints all over the safe a drill gone and pants pulled out NOTHING looked like the picture I bid on ! We drove over a hour and a half and got charged by the site we bid on for a unit that was tampered with !!!! Jessica , the lady we had paid , turned around and admitted herself she touched items in the unit to help close the door !!? Doesn’t make sense when the pictures were taken you didn’t have to touch anything then !!! Then insult upon insult , the manager tried to offer me the unit for $100 after I complained !! Waste of time and money and beyond insulting!!! Will never bid there again !!

so me and my wife bid on a unit for 310 dollars and won at this storage place ,took pictures of what was on the computer of what we seen because there was dust all over the safe that was in the unit. when we arrived that day not even an hour and a half later jessica had tampered with the unit and admitted to it there right to our faces as well as telling her boss Marrianne that it was her finger prints on the safe, such a sad place to bid on units then to top it off the, I told Jessica i want my money back and im outta here and she said ok then further more the manager Marrianne had the audacity to say we don't want you to be mad i can sell you the unit for a 100 dollars lmfao insult after insult please please please my fellow bidders beware of these scammers and thiefs...GOD BLESS STAY SAFE

New owners are very unprofessional. They raised the rates without notifying us & locked us out for being $2.00 short. I’ve been at this facility for 12 years, never late with rent & always got results with former owners with any issue. They have raised the rent 3 times since purchasing & they have my phone number & address & still did not notify me of rate hikes. “Oh, we didn’t have your email” what a bunch of XXXX!

New ownership is horrible. You can never contact them if needed, if you are even 3 days late on a payment and pay it off they will put their own lock on and it takes WEEKS for them to come on site and take it off. Very unprofessional compared to the last owners.
