Roy and Don were awesome. We were on a long road trip and had a mechanical malfunction. We chose Monroe because they were open both Saturday and Sunday. When we called, they were friendly and helpful and made accommodations to get us in ASAP to so we could get on our way. They were extremely knowledgable and efficient. Overall a great experience. If they weren’t 4 hours from home, they would now be our go-to shop.

Had a tire leak late on a Friday, and it was the way I was treated on the phone that made me choose Monro. Customer Service is key in business, and Monro has it. The service in store was top notch. I'll again if a need comes up.

I scheduled an appt for an oil change on a Sunday, showed up to the appt and was told that they don’t have a technician to do the oil change. They stated that they called me, I had not received notification on my phone that they did. I told them it was fine, and I rescheduled for the following day Monday at 5:30 PM. I called Monday morning looking to see if I could have an earlier appt either 3:00 or 3:30 because I get off of work at 2 PM. The gentleman that I spoke with said that 3:00 PM would be perfect because they were not going to have a technician for my 5:30 PM appt. I arrived to the shop at 2:50 PM, and was immediately approached with an irritated tone of the gentleman working the front desk, stating that I was over an hour late for the appt. I tried to explain that I scheduled the appt for 3:00 PM, and that I would not schedule it for 2:00 PM because that is when I got off of work. He did tell me that I could still be seen, but by then I was already so uncomfortable. I tried to tell him that I was uncomfortable and frustrated with the situation, and tried to explain how I had originally made an appt for Sunday, but he cut me off and said “what does that have to do with you getting your oil changed today”. In the end, I left and I won’t be returning which is sad because I had nothing but pleasant experience prior to this. I gave three stars because of all the other wonderful appts that I had.

The female mechanic rocks! We had a flat tire and she looked at it right away and provided excellent service at a time that was stressful. Thank you Monro for helping me out. I highly recommend using this shop!

They called me and cancelled my appointment the morning of my appointment and said I had to reschedule. So I did. When it came time for the second appointment they called and did the same thing to me the morning of. Now I'm not going to be able to get my car inspected when it should be. No explanation why they cancelled on me. I'm certainly not going to make a third appointment with them. You can't even get in the door.

Roy and his staff were amazing, friendly and super helpful. I was away on vacation and brought my vehicle in. I was worried that it going to cost several hundred dollars. Roy found the problem quickly and did his best to help me defray the cost. Excellent job!!!

They were both very professional .got me in 15 minutes early. For only two working that day they were on the J O B. Clean & neat I would refer to friends and family.

They where one of the only places open Memorial Day and I needed an oil change so I set one up they where very fast and nice I was in and out within an hr my car did start making a noise that I had not Hurd before the oil change but I guess it’s just a pully they said…

Installed trailer tires on my dad's Jeep and over charged him. He found out they were trailer tires and asked for them to fix the issue. What do you know. They won't help now. ?
