“I recently moved to New York from Florida and had to switch services due to the company service I had in Florida I couldn’t get service here Ryan was very helpful funny guy great sense of humor and friendly I walked in as a single mom of four kids needing phones for 3 of my family members he made sure I got the best deal with great phones and accessories to go with them as I got to talking he told me about things my kids would enjoy in the area and about the school and assistance I could get plugged into in the community I feel he went above and beyond to help me find my way in the new city I was unfamiliar with he wasn’t just a great employee of cricket but a citizen to his community anytime I’ve had a issue with any of my devices he has been willing to help me solve the problem without hesitation!”
“Had to have a product installed here, the guy was very helpful with set up and how to. Found out that the product was faulty after the install, he immediately switched it out, checked it to make sure it worked (again) and we were on our way.”

“Adam and Michelle are great. Michelle moved me over from TMobil, she did a great job. I went back because I decided to upgrade my phone and Adam helped me. He too is amazing. He has a warm smile and took time to show me the features of the phone. I had a lot of questions and he was patient, listened and set my mind at ease with the new phone. They both were great. I initially saw Brandon but happily switched to Adam as Brandon was no help, off putting and dare I say rude. If you go into the store seek out Adam and/or Michelle.”

“Got a completely shattered iPhone screen repaired in 10 minutes. Yes, 10 minutes if that. 25 cent candy and gumball machines for my four year old son didn’t hurt, either! This guy is an absolute lifesaver, second time going to him. If you’re in a pinch do not hesitate, he is 100% the real deal, honest and hardworking.”
