We were greeted by Stephanie the moment we walked into the dealership. We felt very comfortable with Stephanie which made the process much more enjoyable. The sales people were awesome and would recommend them to anyone. however I did have an issue with the way I was treated and disregarded by the finance manager. I was told I would have lender information on Monday morning after giving them my
Down payment on Saturday. It took 5 phone calls and 8 hours to receive that information.
The experience with the dealership was saved by my sales guy Mike, who went above and beyond to keep my business and the deal moving. He came in on a day off for my pickup which I really appreciated.

My husband and I went here today. Our salesman Mike was hand down awesome!
Unfortunately, the gentleman who does 'appraisal' on cars caused us to turn our business completely away by trying to overcharge us 28+ thousand dollars over for what this SUV was even priced for. Also, Mike stated they never ran my husband's credit, nor did he get a credit alert ⚠️ nothing of me being added onto the car loan either. These numbers don't make any sense especially when him and I both have rather good credit.
It made us feel very disrespected, we'll take our business elsewhere! (Outcasted)
Oh, can't forget about the price offered to us for our trade-in, this gentleman is out of his mind
