The windshield on my car got cracked and Safelite in Queensbury did an excellent job replacing the glass. I recommend them to anyone who needs a windshield.

Even though there is kind of a large window of time to when you will have the job done, they were earlier than later the two times. They were professional and the texts received were fantastic; when they were on their way, when the job started and ended. I highly recommend Safelite!

I understand its Covid and theres a shortage, but I cracked my windshield 3 months ago. I made an appointment and it got cancelled due to a shortage of windshields. Was told the shop would call me once it was in stock. 3 months later I call to check in....NO reference I was even a customer, talked with 3 different departments and finally said they would connect me to Rochester, Mi shop....no word from them. You are WORTHLESS Safelite...Belle Tire had no problem getting me a windshield in 1 week. Do not fall for the commercials you see, do NOT recommend

My daughter was out of the area when her windshield was shattered by a stray rock. They made the whole process easy-breezy. Professional all the way. (Can't find where to give you 5 stars)

Safelite is obnoxious. You can only make appointments online and can't talk to a real life person. I can't make appointments a week in advance. Give me a damn human so I can ask for open slots.

Exceptional music store, the guys have been in business for almost 30 years now and I've been going there for about that length of time. Always a congenial atmosphere, knowledgeable people and probably one of the best places to go for any musical desires.

Five stars for a windshield replacement? Yes, please! There was absolutely nothing about my experience that was not first rate. Getting an appointment (through my insurance company) was efficient, they were ready when I got there, they had complimentary bottled water and Keurig coffee, and they finished right when they said they would and vacuumed up and cleaned my dash. I've had two other glass replacements; in one case I waited in a skanky garage and the windshield leaked after installation, in the other I found glass shards inside my door panel (for a side window). The difference between those experiences and Safelite Autoglass is night and day. I hope I never have to see these guys again, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands.

The inevitable happened to my windshield, thanks to a truck with no mud flaps. Called my insurance company who sent me to this location. I got a next day appointment. The guys running this location were friendly, offering coffee and water while you wait. Took approx a hour to replace my windshield. They return the car back with all windows cleaned and the front vacuumed. They show pride in their work doing those two services. They swapped over my inspection and registration just like I had it on my old glass. All glass comes with a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any glass replaced, either with or without insurance.
