My Mom & I went shopping was looking for a bathing suit & a small purse for my vacation in May. Found 2 I liked & used my JCP card. The Cashier has been there many years and was very pleasant. I usually shop here for my work/dress clothes. Very nice selections. I have been shopping with JCPenny's for years. Highly Recommend ??

Bought an item that was clearly marked with signs. Was told at register that it's no longer on sale. Brought the sign to register and they honored the sale price, as they should!

The store had everything I was looking for, but the online prices were cheaper than the store. I found the exact same items on JCPennys website for 30-50% cheaper.The sales reps are very friendly, but will try ro get you to sign up for a credit card at all costs.

This store is awesome with the dollars and percentage off promotions they run. If you play your cards right you can leave with a 44 dollar shirt for 3 bucks. Linda M. at the pickup register is a very knowledgeable employee. She can figure out exactly what you're entitled to.
