Really happy with the job. Felicia did adjusting my K2 ski boots. They hurt bad right over the arch. Specially the right foot hurts so bad I couldn’t even buckle it over the arch. She adjusted them by stretching out the shell after heating it and now the boots fit great no pain can wear them comfortably and ski for hours, I will go back here again for any future adjustments and also for purchasing ski equipment. I always found the store help to be very friendly and knowledgeable there. If you have problems with ski boots, not fitting I do recommend going and seeing Felicia.

My son just joined the Willard Mountain Ski Team and I accidentally purchased the wrong helmet. They allowed me to exchange the helmet even though I lost the receipt (I paid with a card and they looked up the info for me). Then team members helped educate me on what equipment he needs now and what can wait. They were great. Amazingly, a coach from the West Mountain Ski Team was there too and he was also very helpful. I highly recommend Inside Edge.

My bike broke while touring from Sherbrooke, Qc to NewYork. The derailer was beyond repair by myself. John was able to change everything and change used parts on the drive train . I had incredible service and super fast!!! Awesome repair, friendly staff, great prices, what are you waiting for??? Go get your bike fixed at Insidd Edge ski and bike shop!!!!

Father and son duo who helped me were great only issue is that I ordered a bike which was supposed to be delivered within 7 days and it's been over 2 weeks and after calling to check status of its delivery I was told it SHOULD arrive in ANOTHER 2 weeks... they said factory was backed up but still I was sliightly disappointed seeing as i was originally told 7 days at most ,Other than that it's a great shop and the staff I met were Def good people as well as knowledgeable.

Let me just say that if they carried snowboards they'd be getting five stars from me. (Ski shop) I was able to buy some previous season snowboard boots for my 6 year old son however (60% off!) but that's pretty much the only snowboard stuff they had. Sad face.That being said, it's a great place for skis, both C.C. and alpine. Bikes too! Friendly helpful staff and no long lines or trouble finding someone to assist you like the chain stores. We'll be back for bike stuff in the summer or if we ever decide to take up two planks again. Thanks for the great deal Jessie!

Last season I switched from a tech binding on my touring setup to a CAST system (lets you switch a tech toe out for a Look Pivot 15 or 18 alpine toe for the downhill, and I can't rave enough about it given the amount of frontside touring necessary this season due to r*!n). Last season, I called/brought it in to a number of ski shops in the area to do the mount, and none of them would touch it (in one case liability, in another unfamiliarity, and in another because of the alpine component). I brought it to Inside Edge and the ski tech Jesse took it overnight with my boots, read the manuals, did additional research online, briefed me on his plan for the mount specs the next day, and then did a flawless mount for an unbelievably reasonable price. 10/10 recommend.

The team did a great job mounting the bindings on my skis at a great price. Excellent service, technician was very knowledgeable, would highly recommend Inside Edge!
