“My latest experience went well. I ordered my groceries online. They let me know that there was a couple substitutions and I had the choice to accept them or not. I got to Walmart and pulled into a pick up space and let them know I was there. They brought my groceries out to me and the sweet girl even helped me bag them up. When that was done, I was on my way! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
I will do this again and again! I recommend!”

They ask you if you need help carrying your stuff to the car, i usually decline because i'm strong i'm tough bags suck though. if you have a return they don't give you a hassle or ask you tons of goofy questions like other stores do. I really like the store they always have what you want. Just grab n go and you're out of there.”

891 US-9, Queensbury“I had the opportunity to have a great Walmart Store manager to assist me yesterday. I purchased several items yesterday at the Queensbury, NY location including a flat screen TV using cash. Upon learning I purchased the incorrect size TV for my RV I was forced to return the item. I rushed back to the Walmart within 2 hours after purchase only to realize, through my own fault I misplaced my receipt. I went to the service desk for assistance. The representative, Kayla was no help. I suggested that she look up the purchase for the TV by scanning the serial number to the TV. At the time of the purchase, the TV serial number was scanned at check out. Kayla insisted that the purchase will take 48 hours to show up in their system and there was nothing further she could do besides tell me "NO" without a store receipt. Well here comes the Walmart Super Store Manager, Chris to the rescue. After I explained my circumstance to Chris, he quickly looked up the purchase and obtained a copy of the purchase receipt. Afterwards, I was able to exchange the TV for a proper size TV for my RV. Thanks Chris!”
