Purchasing a new car is one of my least favorite things to do. To be honest, I am a hard sell and am not easily impressed or persuaded! However, I just purchased a 2024 VFW Atlas from Garvey Queensbury. Allie Kennedy made this experience a pleasure. She was patient, friendly and knowledgeable - from walking in the showroom door to driving out of the dealership with a new vehicle. There was no back/forth, no hassle, no pressure just straight forward and with a smile. Well done Allie and thank you. You are an asset to this dealership and they are lucky to have you!!!

Went in today with my mom after previously buying a car from Tom for her new VW. Tom once again made the sale easy and stress free. He goes above and beyond to make sure you understand all the features and feel comfortable with the car before you drive off the lot. I even learned some things about my car that I forgot. We could not recommend Tom more for your car buying needs.

My car has sat at Garvey for over 4 weeks.. yes I made an appointment,.. car still is not running, and even the phone tech guys hasn't helped. Now I wait another 20days before they can pull it back in.. and try something else.. while I sit here with no vehicle, nor a clue when I will get my car back.. 5k is my bill so far..for still no answers, nor when they may finish it, as they can only schedule garage time for my vehicle, a few hours every few weeks.. I have a Volkswagen Jetts.. car is at Volkswagen.. maybe I picked the wrong garage.. very disappointed

If I could give negative stars I would!! Very unprofessional!! Was dealing with an extended warranty problem (that he tried to deny was under warranty)that goes wrong with my make and model car and they told me it would be three weeks before they can even look at it. The car is not drivable and Shelby informed us that our best option would be to rent a car if I can afford it, so spend $2000 on a car rental for three weeks is the best option according to Garvey. The other best option they informed me would be to trade it in, a car with overheating issues and a check engine light on(they would have to check the car over to determine the value of it which they are willing to do for a trade in, but not to solve the current issue) Had the car towed down there assuming a dealership would make a tow in/break down a priority (using my free AAA tow) now have to pay to have it towed to a different dealership. We are taking our business elsewhere and I will be sure to let everyone I know and come across working in the public that Queensbury Garvey vw is an absolute scam filled with incompetent people!

Tom and JP were so helpful and made buying a used car for our daughter easy! Tom listened to us and then found a few good cars for us to try. A day later we took one of them home. Thank you for your help, professionalism, suggestions and jokes!
