Avoid Kia at all costs! When my check engine light came on, I called for a service appointment and was told it would be six weeks. I was told to keep driving, and if the car completely died, I could have it towed to the dealership. I leased a new car through Ramsey Mazda, who bought out my lease. It took six phone calls to the corporate finance department to get a buyout amount, and when it was finally sent, it was incorrect. Two weeks later, I got a letter and a phone call stating the buyout was short $300, and if I didn't pay it immediately, they would return the entire buyout amount to Ramsey Mazda, and the car would revert back to me. Mazda paid the additional $300, yet today, I received another call claiming I owed monthly payments for October and November, even though they cashed Mazda's check. Mazda called them twice, was hung up on twice, and I called twice. They claim it takes 3 - 5 days for the buy-out check to clear their system, even though they cashed on October 20. This company is a nightmare.

Don’t buy from their VW accessory shop. They’re not very customer forward and I’ll leave it at that! Definitely read all small print. You’d be better off buying from manufacturer or Amazon. I mistakenly wanted to help out independent sellers.

Please do not confuse Garvey Kia with Garvey Hyundai. I recently had a great experience at Garvey Kia. The sales staff, sales manager and business manager were awesome to deal with! They were very responsive and quickly would get back to me when I had questions before and even after the sale! It was such a great experience that I actually went back a month later and purchased another car! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership.

When they tell you that your car will be ready by a certain time it always is. Everyone that I talk to is very knowledgeable about any questions I have. I've never been disappointed.

Heather is a great sales person. My husband and I were nervous about buying a car because we didn't want to be pressured into anything and we're relieved that we never were. Heather was super helpful with choosing the car we wanted and kept us updated about when the car would arrive. Then when it came time for paperwork it was quick and painless. We would definitely recommend Garvey's to anyone looking for a new car.

I have nothing but good things to say about the service we received at Garvey Hyundai. We worked with Bill Albrecht in sales and he made everything extremely easy and stress free. We went in last week and met with Bill to test drive different cars. Once we made a decision on a car and signed the paperwork, we were told the car would be shipped and delivered by Friday, 9/2. We got a call on Saturday, 8/27 that our car was delivered and ready to be picked up! Overall, we had a great experience during this crazy time to buy a car. Thank you Bill!!
