Terrible customer service. I bought three pairs of pants but the cashier accidentally rung up one of the pairs twice. I tried to return one of the pairs that didn't and was told that I couldn't because the cashier rung them up as the wrong pants in the first place. A more expensive pair I should add. So I paid more for these pants, and was not able to return them all because of the cashier's mistake. And to add insult to injury, the cashier who told me I could not return them because of the first cashier's mistake, Julie, was incredibly rude and obnoxious to me. Asked me if an apology would make me happy, and then scrunched up her face and said "I'm sooooo sorry, there are you happy!?" She continued to be rude and told me to report her, so here I am. I will never shop here again and Julie needs to learn about professionalism.

Recently stopped by here and there wasn't a lot on the shelves. Barely any sales or clearance worth shopping in store vs online. There was one promotion running, 10% additional discount for rewards members. It took twenty minutes to find my account, then the discount never went through and the employee said they couldn't do anything to help and I needed to chat the help center on the website for my discount. It was kind of a disappointment and a waste of time.

I was in the store on Memorial day, and I did not know that the store was closing at 6:00 P.M. It was 5:45 P. M. and I had 3 items of clothing to try on, but the fitting room was barricaded shut. My friend who I was shopping with asked the girl at the counter about trying some things on also and she said "we are closing at 6:00 P. M." I've never heard of such a business practice. Typically at closing time the doors are locked and if customers are still in the store (even if they want to try on a few pieces of clothing) they allow them to proceed and then check them out. I just put my stuff down and walked out. Rude!
