Ordered a kayak online to be picked up and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. I had never loaded a kayak on my car before but two employees helped me out and Nick went above and beyond to help me load it and ensure it was safely attached. He even offered suggestions of different straps I could get that would be easier to use and more secure. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience every time I'm in the store also and very friendly staff.

They have lots of sporting gear and drinks at reasonable prices. The staff are nice and helpful.

Last evening I stopped into Dick's Sporting Goods in the Aviation Mall. I was there to grab some of the soft, soft balls for hitting with a foam or wiffleball bat. I walked into the store, and I'm not joking. It kind of took my breath away. Everything was so spectacularly, organized and bright and colorful. I told the manager I felt as much and he said thank you. we worked really hard on getting things ready for spring. All I can say is you should stop in for all your spring needs you will be happy with the degree of organization.

Needed to exchange sizes of Red Wing hunting boots that apparently run small because of the extra insulation in the base of the boot. I bought the boots on line but went to the store for help. The staff was so helpful, pleasant and attentive. They gave me a gift card refund took the boots and reordered the correct size for me. All this took only minutes. What I thought was going to be tough to accomplish just wasn’t. Thank you.

We went to the hunting section. My husband bought a gun and ammo. They were very nice and helpful with information. We hope they keep selling hunting items, it is still a sport.

The boys in shoes department there parents raised them well polite and helpful! Probably tried 6 pair on and only bought two pairs!
