My sister came home with a beautiful Mazda CX50 so my friend and I went to look at all the makes and models. (She previously owned a Mazda). By far the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Parker from sales was a delight to work with- very knowledgeable, attentive, honest and helpful (as was the rest of the sales team). They offered a very fair price for my trade-in; far better than I would’ve received elsewhere. Will from the service department was so accommodating & friendly. Michael (management) thoroughly explained optional add-ons/packages without any pressure, just an education. Bonus: having Mark David oversee the transaction; he went above and beyond to make sure the car was outfitted as promised before driving home. Such a refreshing and pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from D’ella Mazda.

I recently purchased a used 2020 Mazda3 Hatchback from Della Mazda with the help of Tom and I do not think I could be happier with my decision. With such a large purchase, I hoped to be as informed and careful as possible. Tom was very friendly, easy to work with, accessible, and well-informed, making sure all of my questions were always answered, whether in person or over the phone. His knowledge came in handy when inquiring about how this particular vehicle would accommodate my lifestyle and reasonably enhance my driving experience, as these were my top priorities in finding my next vehicle. His patience was much appreciated! He truly helped me feel confident in this decision and now I have a car I get excited to drive every day.
This was the second Mazda dealership I had been to and I was worried the salespeople/finance team would be consistently pushy and skeevy across locations. Luckily, this was not the case and I found the employees here to have a healthy balance of prioritizing their personal career goals and customer needs. None of the "I'll be right back" and making the customer wait for no reason nonsense!!

Where do I start? But by saying THANK YOU!! The team at Della Mazda is probably the best in the Adirondack area, buying my very first car after mine had died recently and was in the process of looking for a new one I already knew I wanted a Mazda but just needed to find the right dealer, Ask for Ken! He was very informative, comfortable, knowledgeable, and we didn’t feel “pressured” to be around he walked us through point A to Z and took his time with us a very model salesman! Also shoutout to Rochelle at the front desk and Ryan helping with extra questions will continue to do business in the future!!

Not sure where to start....my wife was looking for a CX-50 Premium Plus package in white or blue and were having trouble locating one at dealers closer to where we lived. We found exactly what she wanted on your website. We checked the availability online and were told by Rochelle that it was available, at the dealership and asked if we would like to schedule a test drive. We did and set up an appointment. Rochelle sent my wife a link confirming that we were talking about the same car. My wife even started the online credit application with her in case we were able to make a deal. This was all done before noon. She was so excited. After leaving work early and driving over an hour to your dealership, we were met by Ryan, who was very pleasant. Only to be told that particular vehicle had been sold over a month ago! Ryan apologized and then said that they had other CX-50's with higher packages available. Sounds like the 'ol bait and switch to me! Such bull*&#@ and I believe I told Ryan that before we left. Granted, I don't think Ryan did anything wrong but how can a dealership not know that they don't have a vehicle in inventory for a month? No one else was looking for that style/package in a month? Steer clear of this dealership!! I wish Google would let me give 0 stars because 1 star is too kind!!
On a side note, we were there at 4:30 and as of the time of this writing (9:30) the vehicle is still listed. Buyer beware....

I recently purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-5 in red from salesman, Conor Horrigan. From the beginning of the deal to the end, Conor was great and responsive. He listened to what I wanted and needed and didn't try to talk me into anything that I wasn't interested in, which I appreciated. I tried out a CX-50 as well but settled for the CX-5 because it was more comfortable for me. I am loving driving it as it handles so well. I would definitely recommend Conor and the Mazda team in Queensbury.
