I've been going here for my nail care for several years now. I don't have tips or anything acrylic, just my own nails. Everyone here, Mimi, Bethany, Tony, Edna, Wendy, and others do a really professional job and they've never tried to "up sell" me for anything. I feel respected here. They are careful with my feet, too, giving my calluses extra attention as needed. Their hours are good and choice of colors wide. Their work stations and customer areas are clean. I've never had a problem there and highly recommend their services. Plenty of parking available as this is in Walmart on Quaker Ridge.

I have had my nails done at many different salons in various states and this is the first time I have ever written a negative review. My nails look horrible! I had a complete set put on by Ann. The shape is the worst I have ever seen and not uniform from nail to nail. When I shared the shape was not right and definitely not uniform, Ann caused a loud scene saying she could take the nails off and I could go somewhere else. If I could give no star I would! The paint and the thickness of the nail are unacceptable. I paid $73 and will go to another Salon after vacation to have them fixed!

On 4/8/2024 I had a manicure, without polish, at this site. The manicurist was sitting in station 4. I noticed as I sat there that the device to dry nail polish was dirty. I also noticed that the equipment used to do the manicure was under the desk and not visible to the customer which made me wonder about the sanitary maintenance of equipment used in the manicure. In other nail salons I have been able to see the sanitization of the equipment. Then when I was told to wash my hands, I saw that the trash can and the surrounding area was also not clean and looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. The manicure itself was not satisfactory. My nails were 'clipped' so short that I was unable to use my fingertips for over a week. In addition, the nails were not filed/clipped evenly; they were uneven and unsightly. I would not recommend this nail salon.

Do not go to This nail salon, they completely ruined my girlfriends nails, completely damaged the nailbeds, caused bleeding and the nail bed is completely ruined, her whole nail is currently coming off while bleeding. They tried to charge us EXTRA money just to fix their mess up,

Send my daughter in with money. When collecting her price had doubled!!! Extra for a different shape besides square, extra for a certain color. Then no one speaks english or acts like they cant. They just lost two customers and who ever i can tell never to use them ever! Is a bargaining store it seems. Disgusted!Service: Acrylic nails

What a terrible experience! What a bed idea I mad when I decided to go there!
I went there At 6:20 and they have 40 minutes left to close
I told her I have emergency my nail broken and it’s really hart I want to take them off she said I can’t im cleaning the floor I don’t have time! I said ok can you just do for me just the nail it’s broken because it’s hurting me so much she was like I can’t I can’t no time no time come tomorrow! Like what the hill I would never think about it! Such a bad salon and a bad people

I went in because the nail salon I usually go to has been too expensive lately. I guess you get what you pay for because from the start she was rough on my hands and seemed as though she didn’t have much for experience. The shapes aren’t that great and the end result looked nothing like the picture. The picture I showed her and has open is the one on the top and my hand is the one on the bottom. Not to mention they had all of these add on charges for having previous ANC removed and the shape, color everything. They advertise $28 acrylic full set and it ended up being a total of $58 not including tip.

Got nails done had an appt still got seen late for one and got a mani n peddie done the top coat on nails r already peeled off a day after n polish is chipping off on nails and I paid 90 dollars plus tip for the service I got done not to mention lady I had sliced my cuticles twice with the drill thing they use to buff the nails so when I called lady said to come in at 1 and I stated that if I had time than she said than we no fix for u and that if I came in day after I would have to pay for it to be fixed when their the ones that didn't do as asked

Tony is extremely rude and I have been going to him a few times but he has gotten extremely rude. He did my nails today and they are horrible, and he burnt me. Now will have to pay to have them repainted. Will not be back. 3 strikes and your out. He gets very mad if you decide you don't like the color on and want to change it. Also when I got there today he gave me absolutely NO time to pick a color and started my nails immediately and I had to look through them 1 handed and switch when he was ready for the next hand. I had an appointment to get a pedicure today with a friend. I sat there for 40mins before I finally just left. No other workers were even close to being free to do my pedicure. The worker I spoke to was VERY rude. My friend and I will never give them businesses again!Service: Pedicure

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My appointment was at 2. I was seen at 3. My "deluxe pedicure" lasted 7 minutes and my feet look horrible! Used a color I didn't pick and when I said something became visibly upset. My nails looked TERRIBLE - crooked and the worst paint job I've ever seen. Still paid the $80 because I don't like to cause a scene. Then spent another $55 to have them fixed. Will never go back and DO NOT recommend.
