Would give them less than a one star if I could sold me a 2012 Ford Explorer with the dual exhaust rotting away check engine light came on after a month of having it and after weeks of wasting my day off they told me to take it to Ford because they “didn’t have the tools to fix it at their store” so I brought it to Ford Ford said they fixed it but the light came back on so I called them and they told me it’s fords problem cause they said it was fixed mind you this car is still under warranty to this day and ford hit me with a three hundred dollar bill that I was never reimbursed for i had to wait for the light to decide it was gonna go off to get it inspected last year and this year it has no shot at passing so yeah never again would o go through them nor would I recommend anybody to unless they want to get scammed

This place is a joke. They literally are just in it to make a buck. I have a 2011 van I've had nothing but issues with. First the door was broken since I got it and now for past month and half its constantly dead and I have to have it get jumped. Which is wrong bc I only got it 2 months ago. Go else where dont buy from them.

I don't regret buying my car here because I do like my car a lot. But their auto body shop is absolutely atrocious. I've brought my car there twice and they didn't fix anything either time. They had my car for 2 days and didn't even change the oil ... when I specifically asked for that and they said my back two tires are shot.. but didn't fix it... especially seeing how I've had a problem with my tires from the beginning and they kept saying they were fine... so thanks for selling me a car with bad tires and thanks to the shop for doing absolutely nothing but wasting my time. Once I'm done paying off my car I'll never ever recommend this place or buy a car there ever again.

There were very generous and caring people at AutoTrends. They will work with you any way they can to put you into something. Money down equals cheaper payments. Keep that mind. In my case, credit was an issue. A lovely lady named Theresa was very welcoming and did everything she could. Which is how I'm driving my 2012 Kia Sorento. Don't listen to the negative until you witnessed it first hand. Everyone's situation is different. Like any other used car dealership. You should always look the car over before purchasing. Noone has a gun to your head to buy something. Buy yes I will give AutoTrends 5 stars.

Bought a car there almost two years ago. When I complained about the interest rate they were offering me the sales manager openly admitted they had artificially inflated it and intended to profit from jacking the interest rate up. That's about as shady as it gets. Then on to the car... Was told there was a very thorough inspection of all vehicles done, I left the lot with a car that had absolutely no marker lights working at all. No resting tail lights could have gotten me killed by another driver that couldn't properly see me.. Real thorough inspection... After that I brought the vehicle in repeatedly complaining about transmission problems. It was shifting weird whenever you would push the engine. They essentially treated the situation as if I was making it up, claiming they were unable to reproduce the problem I was having.... I drove less than 15,000 miles on the car before the transmission completely died. Was going to cost $3,000 to repair and I hadn't even been driving it for 2 years, still owed more than half the loan at that point. Less than 100,000 miles on the engine and a completely dead transmission, which was an issue I complained about until the lemon law warranty had run up and they hadn't even attempted to diagnose the problem. Buyer beware, don't be fooled by this DELLA endorsement, get your car somewhere else.

The 2 year contract is a joke . They won't go good with anything . On the way home a check engine light came on . Told them about it got the run around for 5 months . And now they say to have it fixed it's gotta come out my pocket . So don't buy from them . There a scam . Won't do business from them again .

Great people to do business with and they are backed by the DELLA Auto Group which has been in town for 33 years. They addressed all of my concerns with the vehicle I purchased. I understand that my credit situation doesn't allow me to buy my dream car and they helped me get into a car loan to re-establish my credit. I understood when i left the lot that I bought a used car and sometimes things come up that weren't a problem when they had the vehicle on the lot. Like I said they very professionally addressed my issues and helped me out with some of the things that weren't covered under warranty.

i am not happy discovering im a first time auto buyer thinking dealerships arent going to cheat you well bought a 2012 auto for $10,000 almost 2 years in on payments and i realize by the time im done paying this car off ive spent $15000.00 plus 1200 down payment with no perks at all when the car isnt even worth 9000$ and idk i feel like i was robbed but in the same instance i did have bad credit only because i had no credit i pay my bills and i feel like they should have informed me of this amount when i thought 10,000 was what i was actually paying

Ok I bought a 2007 grand caravan STX with 104k miles on it on 3/30/15
i could of went and paid cash to a private seller, but i prefer the "piece of mind" for a dealer, or so you'd think
granted i did put down 30% to buy this van
Now i am in my 40's and have bought MANY cars for dealers new and USED in my time.
I have NEVER bought a car where I have HAD to put money in to mechanical parts SOO SOON!!!!!
within 3 days...NEW TIRES, tire shop said there is NO way the tires should have passed inspection (low tread and very soft side walls)..i knew i was going to have to buy tires within a couple months... i mentioned tires to sales rep..but he wouldnt budge no big deal. but 3 days later, a STONE punctured a tire.
within 1st month the following
I also had to replace the door lock actuator on driver rear door...LOUD buzzing noise when lock unlock.
I also had to replace the entire door motor with cable on passenger side (power slider didnt work) I am still trying to get cable adjusted cause it doesnt want to open properly everytime
I also had to replace idler tensor pulley and of coarse a new belt while old belt is off
yesterday (6/6/15) after 2nd time engaging emergency brake pedal on a very steep driveway..something broke and pedal is stuck to floor...thankfully van still drove being i was 1 1/2 hours away from home.
I can think of 6 used cars, trucks, vans i have bought from dealers that i have NEVER had such issues with is less than a year of purchase
i also had and still own an 2003 grand caravan since 2008 in 7 years other than maintenance, a new water pump, and strut bearing plates in 2010 (2 years after purchase) van now have 240,000 miles on it
something tells me the 2007 isnt going to last that long....well good thing i took the extended warranty..PROBABLY GONNA NEED IT! normally i would have took it for like 6 months, then cancel it
I would NEVER buy another car from them again....for an 2007 it was a bit pricey..but hey piece of mind right????
