“We were on vacation in the ADKs from DC and had an issue with our front wheel on Saturday. We were going to be driving home the next day and were worried that we wouldn't be able to get the car fixed over the weekend. “The only thing that could check off a negative box is how long it takes for them to get your vehicle in to be fixed. But all that does do is solidify my choice of Mattisons and only choice to work on my Mercedes and future vehicle's. There so busy showing most already know of this top notch staff. But for those who don't. If you want to be able to walk into a garage and not worry about getting ripped off in price, paying for made up issues and the actual quality of work. You now can as I did with Mattisons. The only shop that took my car in and when they were done my cost was less than their original quote. They finish my car in less time that stay stated. And for me the biggest benefit I only have to take it one time and it's fixed. Not like most now that after fixing 6 "This has to be problem..." So you pay them just to have the same problem continue and continue till they have fleeced your account dry. Let's put these wolves out of the sheep business. Allow Mattisons to be garage to finally bring the customers back into the conversation to choose what's next their family vehicle.”

I ordered tires and ordered the wrong ones my mistake and they made it right. I had a oil change on my truck and it was 100 dollars less than two other places. “I've taken our older cars here. We have an old Pilot and a 99 Altima. They are honest and upfront on cost! All the guys there and Chris are helpful and nice. They go the extra mile! In fact I had left my front license plate inside my car and they were kind enough to put it on without me asking!? Also they fixed other little issues and never charged me or even mentioned they fixed it until I realized it had been fixed! ❤️

“This place was awesome!! We were traveling on the interstate with a truck and trailer with a horse on a Saturday morning when we realized we had a caliper seized. We called they told us to bring it in. Got us in immediately! Did pads, rotors, and calipers on both rears and had us back on the road in about an hour.”

“Snowblower repairs. They were recommended by a friend in Glens Falls. Our Troy Bilt 24" wore out it's belt after 7 years in 2022. They picked it up and returned it two days later, all done, including a much-needed tune-up. Extremely reasonable price for everything done. 2023 during the heavy wet snowstorm of March, it broke again. They came out the same day, picked it up, repaired it (pins had sheared, they warned me not to push it so hard clearing out everyone's driveway around us, etc) and again, the bill was under $150 for pickup, repair, and delivery. I am seriously impressed!”

I knew steve a long time ago at a different dealership and he reached out to me. he fit my truck in last week and worked on it. I am absolutely THRILLED with what his service department did! my truck is driving better now than it has in YEARS!!!!! I am so incredibly grateful to have found steve at nemer! highly recommend!”

After finally getting my new windshield in and it not being broken, the installation when seamless! The service was fast and the replacement seems to be of high quality! It’s been about a week since the replacement and there have been no issues. Very happy with the service!

I noticed a chip in my windshield on Father’s Day. So, I scheduled a repair. Turns out it’s an old repair they can’t fix again. Needs a new windshield. Okay, no problem. I get set up with an appt for 7 days out. I get a call 2 days before saying the new windshield was damaged. Have to order another one. The day of my appointment I get another phone call. This windshield is scuffed. Have to order another one again. Good news, you’ll be all set Friday July 10th. Get another phone call this morning saying the windshield wasn’t received from their warehouse and now they have to order it directly from a vendor. Now it’s been re-scheduled yet again. And this time it’s out to July 26th. Since the chip was noticed, it turned into a crack and has grown and spiderwebbed.
Still responsible for my deductible on top of it all! How is it so hard to ship a damn window and not damage it?”
