This store is the WORST they treat customers terribly disabled customers as well I would never recommend bringing business to this store

I wanna say thank you to the taller gentleman who helped me today, chain on my motorcycle came loose today 150 miles from home I limped it into ace hardware parking lot I knew what tools I needed to fix it and get going again a 15/16 wrench a cotter pin a pair of plyers and some chain wax. I didn't get the guys name but he walked me through the store said that's here that's here this is here and within 2 minutes I had everything I need told him I was gonna have to fix it in the parking lot he said no problem. I tightened up my chain sprayed it with some wax(i made sure to roll the bike onto the grass so i didnt stain there parking lot) and away i went l...I just wanna say thank you I appreciate u, i made it home. Guy was a absolute gem 5 stars ace hardware, 5 stars customer service ?

Could not get out of a parking space without hitting the jagged concrete around their sign and gashing the side on it.

Come here. DO NOT GO TO THE BIG BOX STORE! Ace has people here that know how to do your project and help you get the right parts. The Big Boxes do not have this level of expert assistance.

I was always a Lowes guy until my wife pulled me here to look at all the local crafts for sale. Staff is amazingly helpful and my wife and I can both shop here

This is the most unique Ace I've been to! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a lot more than just hardware, lots of great gifts and other items to check out. It's very well organized too!

This is the best managed, most unique hardware store I have ever been to in my life. The owner and his amazing, friendly and knowledgeable crew really care about the customers and go out of their way to make any visit here a delightful experience. The clincher is the beautiful gift shop section that is a nice compliment to the hardware, as well as a seasonal Christmas display area with decorations, trees and gifts, all beautifully arranged- one stop shopping at its finest! Last but not least, the charming Jessica makes every visit a pleasure which is a nice bonus!

Needed a couple of keys made. Didn't take long and I learned that not all keys work for specialty keys. It was pretty busy.
