Xinhua used to be okay(before 2020) and I have used them a few time shipping stuff to China. It used to take 3 weeks to land in China which is fine. Starting from 2020, I have not had good experience with them. If you want to stuff to be delivered within 2-3 weeks, do not ship with them. We shipped a few packages to Xinhua on 12/3 and they are still sitting in their warehouse as of today 1/17. Their customer services is worst, don't respond our messages and call at all. They keep saying there is not many airplane going to China so all shipments are delay which is a BS. We have switched to other courier and strongly recommend do not use Xinhua!I have never seen such an irresponsible company. They didn’t answer calls or respond to WeChat messages. The package has not been sent out for almost two months. After half a month, the customer service contacted me and asked for an ID card. After providing the ID card, I waited for another half. Yue said there was no plane. Don’t know how a company like this exists?

Stay away from this place! This is the worst place ever. they adjust their scale to make your package 1pound more than actual and even deceive extra pound when they fill out the paper, so you paid 6 pound money for 4 pound package. More than that, you can't expect your package to be received within one month( three weeks is normal for international package which from America to China) and also you can't reach their customer service either by wechat or phone, no person respond no person answer. Finally, found out they still leave your package in flushing with the excuse that no flight, but if there was no flight, people should be noticed before they were charged.Shameful merchant, my package weighed 6.16 pounds at the post office. The same package did not increase or decrease. Xinhua Express weighed 7.17 pounds. I asked the man in charge of weighing and packaging why there was an extra pound. Unexpectedly, the old man just laughed. Of course, they would never say that I was private. Lower the scale!I used to always send things to his house and I heard that they always deceive customers, but I didn’t expect it to be true! I still remember one time when I was sending something to his house, I thought I saw 4.87 pounds, but the man wrote 5.10 pounds on the order. At that time, I thought I was blind and saw it wrong, so I ignored it and paid 6 pounds obediently. Money, it was only after this incident that I suddenly realized how much money his family had cheated him out of!
