I was actually suprised at how clean and organized this location is compare to the other locations I have been to in the past. And even the employees are friendlier which is always a plus.Will definitely be back.

They sell rotten food items here and expect you to come back with the rotten food instead of doing an investigation and looking at picture evidence along with receipts. They're also aware of this because they put this on the receipt. It happened to me and they told me I had to return the rotten items that I already discarded but took a video and picture off. Ridiculous. Poor customer service.

Western beef renovated the store I like it, was looking for flanken steaks they only had the whole beef the lady butcher advised me getting the whole piece cut up to my liking was cheaper and better and she was right.

At one time Western Beef had the best Meat Dept. in the game.
I went there to buy some chicken, and I was repulsed by what I saw. The meat was warm to the touch because the cooling units weren't working properly.
The poultry had a slimy sheen to it.
How are they still in business?
I only buy canned goods from there, this community deserves better.

I’ve been shopping at Western Beef for years and I’ve shopped at different locations. The service is professional, the store is clean and well organized and I’m happy that they now have a West Indian section?. With food prices on the rise and the economy in a “ruff” Western Beef is the most economical place to shop?????

First off, the meat is alway rotten, the prices are super expensive, one bread, everywhere else, the same goldencrust bread for $5.75, for western beef$7.99 and many other examples, i stopped everyone in my family and friends to stop going there, the prices are super super ridiculous and only when you shop around you will see what i am saying, times are hard but not the way they going.i wish i could give 0 stars

The cashiers are so rude . Since they renovated the store and have all new cashier . They are so rude and unprofessional. They double scan your things, the when it’s time to fix it the process takes 1 hr. They can’t figure out what to do . They need to be train properly and professionally. This is my fourth time this year and every-time there is a problem with double scanning and not getting the sales price. I do understand that mistakes happen but is the smart mouth and attitude you get from the cashiers when it happen and it’s always the Spanish cashiers . They need to hire more black cashier . I been going there for 10 yrs and never had this problem. It’s since the new people took over . Shame on them
