Well... Should've read the reviews or at the very least not given them the benefit of the doubt for a second chance. The previous review by the pharmacist pretty much confirmed my suspicions. Went in with my wife who was having severe facial allergy to a skin care product and was in quite a bit of discomfort. Was prescribed a hydrocortisone topical cream. Took the pharmacist over 50 minutes to fill. After waiting 15 min we were told 10 more min and then after 15 min, told a 5 min wait... And then another 10 min and the male associate at the reception mentioned that the prescription was done and sitting in front of the computer (for who knows how long).. the pharmacist just has to confirm it but needs to give a shot to someone first. A little later we see the pharmacist walk out to give a shot (walking by said computer) and we got fed up and left. 5 min later got a call that it was ready and despite wanting to just go somewhere else to fill it, my wife insisted on going back bc she really needed to relieve her pain. So now I'm home and it was time to reflect on this experience.... Why did that happen? Is it that the pharmacist has a job for life somehow and doesn't have to care about efficiency.. or perhaps Walgreens is running a social experiment to see how many people have nothing better to do with their day than to wait to get a common prescription filled (only at select locations, of course)... Like let's put some hidden cameras to see people's reactions... come on.. it'll be fun.. The only positive i can say is that the female associate at the reception was super polite and genuinely looked like she felt bad for our wait. In summary... If you don't value your time or just want to build your grit and resilience.. this is the place for you. In that respect, i failed today... But rather than subject myself to this grueling test again.. i think I'll do something a little more pleasurable.. like watching a video on snail migration (if that exists).

Don’t come here for photographs. Ordered photos online and they didn’t have the frame that I selected. I didn’t get an email or phone call that they couldn’t fulfill the order. They tell me when I show up. manager knew about this since morning, but couldn’t give me a courtesy call. Wouldn’t print or do anything for me.

I needed 2 prescriptions filled. I’m a pharmacist so I know it takes 5 minutes to fill. Was told come in 30 minutes. Ok fine. Come to the pharmacy 3 staff members at the pharmacy half asleep checking Instagram on phone tell me to wait another 20 minutes. I am the only person waiting for Rx. The hiring practices of walgreens/Duane reade are amazing. District manager is also probably lazy

extremely disappointing experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. The staff exhibited a remarkably poor attitude, and the entire store was chaotic. It was evident that the employees had no regard for the customers, even when they were in urgent need of their medication. I would strongly advise against relying on this pharmacy for your healthcare needs.

Wait hours. Finally find a script (doc office also screwed up) and then have to manually check for pills because they do not have updated inventory. Fun.

This pharmacy is, by far, the worst. Prescriptions are rarely ready by the time I get there although I usually go there at least half an hour after the prescriptions were sent, and a couple of times the pharmacy ‘claimed’ that it did not receive the prescriptions and caused us to waste extra time to wait. The employees at this pharmacy are rude and unenthusiastic, and seems like they treated people differently based on race, as I saw one incident when one employee, who was White, treated the customers, who were Asians, definitely not in a professional way and nicely and that prompted them to call a manager, but nothing was done and as a spectator who saw what happened, if that happened to me I would’ve done the same.The only reason I’ve been going this pharmacy is the close vicinity, but sorry, I will definitely go to other pharmacies. This place needs to get it straight or otherwise, they will pay the price for not running this place in a professional way.

My health insurance Oxford no longer works with CVS and I was told I had to change pharmacies to Walgreens. I am not sure if the problem lies with this particular location or all Walgreens but the staff here are inefficient, inexperienced and not helpful. Find another pharmacy. They leave you on hold for a long time then disconnect the call. They do not keep you informed about the progress of your medication such as reaching out to your physician for a Prior Auth. Also I used them 4 times, different medication and 4 times my medication had to be ordered. They did not have it in stock.

Hello Denise, thank you soo much for helping us taking our newborn baby passport picture, we tried 2 places before coming to you n it was a failure because they said newborn can't take passport pictures. Thank you soo much again.
