Purchased a $200 gift card which was sealed in its packaging, the security number had its foil covering it, totally intact and went to use the card and it had zero dollars as its balance. Totally disgusted and Walgreens didn't want to know, I supposedly purchased the card at my own risk.

Worst Walgreens . I waited 15 minutes to take .02 secs passport picture that it’s not acceptable . A lot of people were complaining about different things while there. We need a better Walgreens in Whitestone . Better customer service if not just look at all the reviews ??♀️

Go to another pharmacy. I waited for 20 minutes on line to pick up a prescription and I was only the 2nd person from the front. I watched 4 people behind the counter pretend they were busy while 1 person attended to customers. The customer being taken care of had a problem so a second person went to help the worker at the front. The worker at the front watched the second person. Meanwhile the line was growing and they couldn’t get their act together! One word INEFFICIENT!!!! No excuse for this - and this isn’t the first time that this has happened. The wait is unusually long. Where is the manager? Where are the expectations for good customer service????

Where is the option to give no stars? I switched from the 40 Wall Duene Reade pharmacy close to my work to this location right near my home once the pandemic happened. Firstly, they refused to give the COVID booster on-site since I was not "eligible". However, under CDC guidelines, I did qualify and was able to make the appointment via the Walgreens app and go back to the pharmacy and get the booster. The pharmacist (older gentlemen) loudly stated that he is not responsible for the consequences for everyone to hear, where is the privacy? Additionally, my prescriptions keep saying "delayed" or "pending" for days, but when I call, they never intended to fill them because of drug interactions, etc. and they want me to check with the doctor's office. Why don't they call me and inform me of this in a timely manner? These are urgent medications that treat a serious condition. Clearly they do not care, so do not go to this pharmacy. I am changing immediately.

It's been 10 days and my prescription still isn't ready. The staff is dismissive and won't offer any explanation as to why other than "it's out of stock, try again tomorrow " once I finally get this prescription I'm changing pharmacies, and anyone who comes here should do the same as soon as possible.

This is the fifth day that this place claims to have a product in stock online and then when one goes to buy it says that they do not have it available and apparently they do nothing to correct this information.
