Verizon customer visiting the QCM location to explore my insurance options for a malfunctioning iPhone. Store manager Omar, was courteous, greeted me, and detailed my options. The staff was friendly, attentive and happy to help everyone. Received a replacement phone via next day air. Happy Verizon customer! Thank you Omar and Verizon team!

Don't bother. The customer service is pathetic. Walked in and the entire staff seems so non-motivated and uninterested to help anyone who needs assistance. Came in today and was interested in perhaps purchasing a. We iPhone or trading one in. I had a few questions and inquired about my options. The salesperson barely wanted to answer my questions and if he did he was very vague and not helpful. I asked him where I can find the iPhones he recommended and just pointed to the wall and left me figuring things on my after that. Needless to say - you would think he would walk me over and continue to service me and explain the various iPhones to me and help me with a purchase. Instead he rather not do his job and chatted with the other staff. Need I say the store was NOT busy and only two other customers. The other staff just sat around playing with their iPhones. OMG. How they still have a job is beyond me. Where is the MANAGER? Extremely poor image of how this Verizon is represented. I ended going one flight up to the APPLE STORE and had the most incredible professional experience. The staff and attitude was friendly and top notch! Great job APPLE! Love you guys for treating us customers the right way. Ended up purchasing two additional iPhone 13 pros and all the accessories to go with it. It was expensive but who cares - it's the professional and friendly experience I wanted. They took the time to set me up and handled all my questions and needs. They even took the time to set up all my iPhones and now ready for use.

My What App data would not transfer to my newly purchased phone and I was obviously very stressed out. Passing by the Verizon store, Robert greeted me, listened to the issue and immediately jumped into action.Aftet about an hour he suggested that I return the following day since it was closing time for the store. Next day he spent an additional 2hrs. What I appreciated was that this was a third party app and there was no obligation to help me, but the professionalism and patience was outstanding. This will definitely be my go to store. Thank you guys.

After a bad experience elsewhere we decided to give it another try. We went over to the mall and we were greeted upon walking in the Verizon store. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Our solutions specialist was Kevin. Can't say enough about him. He was very patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. We are so pleased with our experience at this Verizon location. We highly recommend them! Thank you for such amazing customer service.!
