WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STAR....THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER, DO NOT GO HERE, THE STAFF IS BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, YOU GUYS NEED TO REPLACE THOSE RUDE AND UNMANNERLY STAFF. THEY CLEARLY HATE THEIR JOBS.

I hate leaving negative reviews and normally I try to be very patient and understanding, especially understanding that everyone is dealing with a storm that I may not see. However when serving in the public sector, a customer service job should require those who are supposed to be hired professionals to actually offer some caliber or quality of customer service. I came to the post office, just trying to get clarity on a missing package that was supposed to be delivered on the 20th of February and was met with nothing but nasty attitudes and half answers from the staff at the windows. And given false information and bad instructions. Thank God for the supervisor at this particular location who took time to listen to my concerns and grant me the clarity and information necessary. He handled the situation with grace and made up for his employees actions and demeanor. You should at least like people if you're going to serve people. Salute to the supervisor.

I had to put a star but only so I can write a review by far this is the worst post office no respect and they take their time. My post lady transferred and she was the best I am so sorry she is gone I always got my mail early in the day and now it seems like they cannot replace her sometimes I get my mail and there are days when I don’t get mail what is going on nobody wants to work. For what it’s worth I’m going to Rochdale to complain because I saw on the app that I was suppose to get mail Saturday and I never received it.

Chinese man had to much attitude , must not want to be at work and rude to everyone. What the previous customer did to you has nothing to do with the next. Keep your issues with that current customer. Keep personal and business separate.When the next customer is nice to you … YOU BE NICE BACK

30 yrs at this branch. Customs Service, passport service, bulk drops handled here.Crowds build weeks 2 and 4 of the month.Clerks are quick, courteous and lines move quickly. *****

Sometimes there is a long line, however if you get there early no problem. one cash person was a bit rude and snappy with her attitude but just stay positive.

WARNING: Do NOT allow your bank or credit card company to send ANY credit cards using USPS. the employees are stealing credit cards regularly. My mail is always delivered correctly EXCEPT for credit cards. My debit card was expiring so my bank mailed me a new replacement card that I never received. Coincidentally, my mail was suddenly misdelivered and never arrived. Someone activated my new card and spent $500 on car washes, gas stations, and expensive restaurants. Another credit card from another bank was expiring and they told me they would be sending me a replacement card by USPS. I begged them not to send me a replacement card through USPS, but they insisted that they could only send it through USPS. I have a PO box at this location and asked the bank to send it to the PO Box, believing that the employees wouldn't be that stupid to steal it if it was delivered to the PO box located in THEIR facility. GUESS WHAT?! I never received the card 3 weeks after it was sent. I cancelled this card and my creditor agreed to send another card by FED EX instead. Do not use USPS for anything financial: NO CHECKS, NO CARDS, NOTHING FINANCIAL. USPS used to be reliable now they hire thugs.They also steal packages here. I had two packages mailed to my PO Box and only one box was available for pick up even though the sender sent me a notification that the package was delivered. After complaining to the clerk, he went to the back and retrieved my package. Not sure why they had it in the back instead of in The PO box. I am researching whether I can obtain a PO Box in another location even if it requires me to travel far, it is worth it to keep my packages secure.

I just wrote a review 3 months ago about the various credit cards and packages these postal workers have been stealing. Today, I got another replacement credit card stolen yet again. I was immediately notified of the $52.00 they used at the sonoco gas station.

I came in to do a passport renewal service and I was doing it for the first time by myself. I came prepared with less than 5 questions and all the service people were just impatient and rude about it. I don't understand why they have to behave that way. It's so rude and unnecessary. Like if you don't like your job, why are you even here? Come on now..

BEWARE, there is a credit card & package theft operation working out of this location. They have stole and emptied out at least 4 different credit cards from both family members and neighbors of mine as well as a phone. The phone was tracked and a postal worker was in possession of it. I will take all of the necessary steps to make sure these employees are held accountable for their actions.

The is a woman working there that doesn't seem interested in her job. She has no interest in customer service and has an extremely poor attitude. The young man working there is the total opposite and she can learn a lot from him
