Very mean, racist, and ableist lady. Was able to speak spanish but treated my father very poorly who has a deaf disability. Wanted extra steps for returning the boxes even though all shipping labels were sent. Terrible customer service.
Update: Went to another UPS that same day and we didn't have to go through all this extra steps and were in and out. Vey terrible service at the end of the and didn't want to try to help at all.

Carla should get fired - UPS should hire persons who want to help the customers who live in the neighborhood. INSTEAD OF SPEWING HATE AND LIES LIKE CARLA!!!

A shipping center that claims to not be able to print your labels and won't even turn on the self-serve computers for you to handle it yourself.

I called multiple times to confirm they actually had my package before leaving work early to go out to this facility to pick it up. I was assured it was here and ready for pickup. The tracking said as much and so did employees on the phone. When I arrived at the window they then told me that the package was actually across the street in a “giant warehouse” and needs to be located. So what had they located before when they told me it was ready. I left work to come out only to be told I have to come back out, with no promise that’s it been located/found.
I do not understand how a facility can be so poorly run. This insane and totally disrespectful.

I've consistently had terrible experiences with UPS. In my opinion, it's the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. Every time I use their services, I encounter issues. Packages are delivered late, tracking information is often inaccurate, delivery drivers are lazy, and customer service is unhelpful. The frustration and inconvenience have made it clear to me that UPS is unreliable and not worth the hassle. Companies should boycott their services.

Literally shame on them.
This warehouse is already insanely far. Their website sent me to wrong warehouse, where the employee even said that they sent the package to the wrong place. So I come to this warehouse where the gate woman yells at me to stop before entering the customer center. The stated hours online are 9:30pm, it was 7:50pm. I left work EARLY to get to the original warehouse and then rushed to this one where she says they close at 8pm and the employees are “packing up” because they need to go home. I said, it’s not 8pm and I came hours out here from home; doesn’t matter.
The only reason I am even here is because they refuse to deliver outside of business hours; am I not suppose to have a job??? This is the ONLY pickup location????
I call customer service and he tells me they are open until 9:30pm. Incorrect. He puts me on hold and says “people shifts … end”. Then change the hours.
It’s absolutely abhorrent.

THIS FACILITY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. There is some sort of theft circle going on here. Our company has shipped 2 separate packages on days apart. Both packages were to be delivered in Brooklyn NY. Somehow, they ended up at this Maspeth hub and out for delivery in Maspeth instead of Brooklyn. I opened a claim and investigation for 1 of the packages so far. It was denied the first time, but approved the 2nd once I threatened to expose them. They even had the nerve to edit the tracking details they sent me by email which was entirely different from what was displayed on the website. They changed it to delivered in Brooklyn and forgot to change the out for delivery location which still read Maspeth. That's how I caught on to their scam smh.

No receipt no doorbells no knocks. They do not come and state that they made delivery attempts. Contacting customer center won’t do anything, they call us after they send the package back.

Lazy ups drivers that cannot ring the bell. Most people still work from home. The lie of nobody was home does not work any more. My package has been on the truck for a week now.

The lady with the glass is very rude.
When we arrived at this facility, there was no customer, only this UPS lady, sitting there, talking with someone. She is very unhappy when we are there, I guess we interrupt her conversion.
She, pointed to my girlfriend, and said, are you speaking English? and demanded us to go back to enter the gate, and said, when she was talking, we must wait at the entry gate.
I really can't understand why UPS hires this kind of customer service lady with such a rude attitude.
