I printed 2 page and cost me $2.18, on marketplace they are buying it with 12$ 200 pages. Not nice guys. You can't do business fooling others like that.

This store always takes care of me when I visit. The manager is alway very helpful along with the rest of the staff. They are friendly respectful and professional. Some place try to rush you in & out but this place does not. They do not rush me. They have parking lot which I like. Best store in Queens

The guys that work here are great but I feel so bad for them. They deal with moronic customers ALL THE TIME.During my last visit a customer spent 5 minutes arguing over a $2 print charge. Instead of paying and getting it over with, they argued and eventually said they'd print it at home and come back later. The ride going home and then back to the store definitely cost them more than $2 in gas. Not to mention a lot of time. Not very smart.

Love this location! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Place is nice and clean. Plenty of parking.Whenever I need a shipping box or bag, they provide it for me. Costs me a few bucks but it's worth it for them to handle everything and save me the time of getting my own box and packing it myself.The manager is always friendly and always treats the customers right! Staff seems to follow in his footsteps. I'll continue using this location forever!

Really poor customer service. They try to nickle and dime you for everything. If you can, consider going to another UPS store, The one in Great Neck is much better (they were willing to help customers with small things like a few pieces of tape to close their box)

I've been here many, many times doing Amazon returns, and I've always found this store to be super quick and efficient. They also maintained some pretty decent covid protocols - namely minimizing number of people in the store - which was comforting. The parking lot is scary, in my opinion. I usually park on the street.

The staff is extremely friendly and likeable. I've stopped by with my newborn several times, and after calling ahead, Manager Mike stood outside the parking lot waiting for me and picked up the large items from my car and gave me a receipt within a few mins. If that isn't exceptional customer service, I don't Know what is!
