The service in the store is very good. But you should avoid going before 12 o'clock in the morning, because there is an irresponsible employee working at that time. He will tell you that the box does not meet the regulations and cannot be sent, and the correct one is to use a new brown packaging box. He will charge you a service fee of 2 dollar for printing the label. (Other employees print for free). He will not help you move any package. Even if he needs to scan the barcode, he will only ask you to move the packages one by one so that he can scan it. It is really a happy day to meet him, because his attitude will make you see your own shortcomings and motivate you to improve yourself.

one star for thr notary guy on Sat. morning 2/22
I have a school record release form need to be notarized and just because I dated for yesterday (the notary guy left yesterday when I was there at the store), and he was giving me a hard time

On Monday morning, they were supposed to open at 9:00 AM, but they didn’t start operations until 9:32 AM. Meanwhile, more than 10 customers had to leave. Just as your time is valuable, so is mine.

Saturday morning
Open time 10am
Only had minutes to drop off my package to catch the train.
10:06am location still not open
4 people in front of the glass window watching the worker inside setting up for the day.
Open times are important.

very very very bad service. Every times we drop off the box we need put the big box on the table and the guys scean. And and the guys use the order words: put all the box on the carte! Crazy the second time move box is your job ! You guys just stand there. Crazy. The Asian guy service !
