Best car wash ever, we’ve been there for 8 years and the staff were nice and the car wash was super clean and my son enjoys going through it. Highly recommend.

I was there 30mins before closing, literally 4 kids working and didn’t even clean the car properly. On top of that my front car light got fused because they’re self cleaning did something to it. So definitely not going again.

I understand they’re an express car wash, and for a local area it’s fine, but when things are clearly not washed such as my doors cupholders and things of that nature is when I get pissed off, you’re better off, traveling a little bit further into Nassau County, then going to this place, Services is horrible and the attitudes are worse

Took my car in for detailing but was told they were busy and can start on in the following day. Asked staff if I could leave it there overnight and they said it was ok and will start in the morning.
The following day one of the staff members said they couldn't turn on the vehile after attempting over an hour. I told them it has a remote start and gave specific instruction how to turn it on the day prior due to the key having recent flutuating problems, none the less I showed them how it would turn on. Went over, couldn't turn it on and made me believe it as if it were my fault even after I gave them clear cut instructions.
Had to get it towed, called a few auto lock smiths to help but couldn't figure out the problem. Was going to spend more money to get it taken to a Mazda service center. Mind you I had already accumulated approx $400 in spending at this point.
A close Friend of mind finally came to check out the issue since he does electrical work on cars and said someone may have inadvertently had put it on valet mode causing the power supply to be cut off from the computer system to the engine.
Spoke to a manager over the phone named andre and didn't seem he cared about issue. Couldn't even work with me by a complementary detail just to stay in good standing with a regular customer. Been getting my car washed here for the past 3 years. Lost another customer. Now I come to see it's under new managment and they just don't give 2 flying F's.
Don't come here. Multiple bad reviews in the past year. He didn't even care if I put a bad review on here. Go somewhere else!!!

This place is the worst car wash to take your car to wash. They don’t know how to clean cars they don’t care. I guess they only care about getting the money after you pay. The car goes out the way it came in.

Worker’s don’t know how to behave with customers very rude behavior and very bad cleaning. Don’t come here even you can wash your car at your home better than them.

On April 25, they took $81 out of my account for monthly membership I visited the place a few days later just to find out that my app had been erased or should I say the account has been erased and the guy was treating me as if I was trying to get over and trying to get a free wash very unprofessional

I went to this car wash in April and as they were moving it they crashed my car into a cement block. They destroyed my entire bumper, the front left side and the entire windshield needs to be replaced. The manager - Andre, was extremely rude and showed no professionalism. He tried to convince me not to call the cops and to take my car to his auto shop where they were obviously going to do cheap work. When I refused to take it to his shop he refused to give me the business insurance and it has now been two weeks and the general manager Roger Green, refused to respond with the insurance information and claim #. These people are extremely negligent and unethical, I have the staff on video saying the person driving did not know how to drive and I have the manager on video saying that their employees did not have to be licensed drivers. I will be taking legal action. Staff also told me they just went under new ownership a year ago because they have been sued so many times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

$35 for regular car wash. There service sucks periodt. In one second they took all the mats out and you can see them flinging it anywhere. In a mist of a second they were done "cleaning" but apparently they lost one of the mats and claim we were lying. They refused to even look for it. When spoken to the manager he basically said he doesn't care who we are and that we are liars and refused to look at the camera. Never again going back to this place. Rude staff! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! New management and its BAD! WARNING LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Friendly staff & decent car wash. Interior, exterior, wax, & tire shine was about $48, which is pricey but roughly the same as other places in the vicinity.

Staff is irresponsible. No manners no properly clean car, they just spray liquid and clean it “Stains left behind” on every glass. Even RVM not cleaned. overall worst service in the area.
