arrived at 9:55 door was unlockes I walked in because my appointment was at 10. I got kicked out because they are "not open yet". waited outside. A lady cut in front of me and was serviced first. come to find out the pc guy is not even there to work on my pc. also there is a multiple day Que to even work on my pc.

Please be cautious using their service in Forest Hills. I usually don't write bad reviews but I figured I would caution future customers. In December I really cracked the screen of my iPad but thankfully it still worked fine. To fix, the first guy said I would be charged $250 if I paid by cash. That was a really expensive quote but I really shattered my screen so I took it. He even offered a $10 discount. Two days later when I came to pick it up and pay, a second guy said that the charge was $265 in cash because they also changed the battery. I asked why did no one call me to ask before making the change, there was no problem with my battery before or after the crack. Also, no one acknowledged the discount offered anymore. The second guy said that if I didn't want to pay, they would keep my iPad, remove the battery and put back the damaged battery. He had no clue that sounded like a threat because they could do anything to my device and I wouldn't be able to prove anything. I am giving two stars only because my screen was fixed and I did not have future problems with my ipad but I won't return to this location and will warn others I know of this poor service.

Be aware of this place, shady pricing and business ethics. My wife’s phone wouldn’t charge anymore. She took it to this place, they initially told her it’s 40 bucks for the diagnostics, no details about extra and hidden charges. When she go back, the total became around 105 ? The reason they gave was that the 40 only covered the diagnostic. Suddenly there’s extra charges for opening and cleaning. The biggest joke was that they claimed that they tried to reach her to tell her there’s extra charges, even tho they had her phone ? Classic bait and switch scam. if you ask me. Why don’t you throw in extra charges for an oil change on the phone too ?. Let’s wait for a standard PR response to this honest review.
Updated: Photo added to the PR bot response. $40 of labor charged for diagnosis ? That’s fine, labor and time cost money I get it. The extra $60 of “smartphone OS optimization” was the real scam of this deal, this was a “cleaning” job that my wife did not ask for, and did not give consent. According to her, there was no clear signs of pricing disclosed. Guess what ? Her phone still doesn’t charge. From what I gathered, whoever handled her business either had no intention or did not know how to fix the issue of “not charging”. Instead, they decided to make a quick buck and leave the real problem still there. **For those of you have an iPhone and have problems, do yourselves a favor and take it to the Apple Store. If it’s a real battery issue, Apple will charge less than $100 to replace the battery. Better yet, they won’t waste your time and bill you with hidden services.
Using a car analogy again. It’s like taking a car to the mechanic for an engine misfire. Instead of doing business straight and deal with the issue. They decided to “run a diagnostic”, then bill you for a car wash and call it a day. Well played.

These guys kept their word and did a great job repairing my PLAYSTATION 4 disc drive. Price was fair and they worked as fast as possible. I highly recommend them for electronics service.

My first time at ubreakifix in Forest Hills. I thought I needed a screen replacement on my iPhone 13 mini. Turned out only the protector was cracked. Walked in and out in 5 minutes! Thanks, Jorge!

I am currently quite conflicted with this place in one hand the technician has good customer service and stuff but I am not sure what but I think they are not to well coordinated with Asurion the company that gives them the money to run their services, Since for some reason the technician say I just have to call Asurion for replacemrnt/Check but when I contacted them they said I declined service when technically I did not. I was just told my laptop is unreparable so Ineed to contact Asurion . Which I did but they said I declined service and when I accepted the circumstance of my Laptop. And the status do not match p so I m not sure if its poor coordination or communivation with the igher ups. So a more rwalistic rating is 2.5-2.8 out of five but google does not seem to allow me to gice decimal or partial ratings. Three is two high but two is too low because it seems they have for some reason do not have the best coordination with the higher ups.

Super friendly and efficient! Brought two iPads at 5pm on a Friday and was able to get back the next day. And the new screens work perfectly. Highly recommended.

The guys worked so hard and super fast to get my son’s iPad fixed. They were very knowledgeable and soooo polite and accommodating. . Marc and another gentleman that his name started with an m also helped me . Very nice guys . Great work . Thank you so much . Highly recommend
