Kelly is the worst person to meet at Tower Auto Mall.
But Luis is the best person there so far. He is honest, respectful and professional with his job.
Kelly sold 2024 Toyota Camry to me at $550 per week for three and half years with $3000 down payment.
I week later, I referred my friend to Luis and he gave him good deals. My friend got the same car 2024 Toyota Camry at $450 per week with $2500 down payment.
Kelly is unprofessional, I could have gotten a good and a better deal with Luis. At a time, I thought, that the deal Kelly gave was a good one not knowing that it was worst deal that she is giving me ?.
Pls, my follow driver, don't fall a victim into Kelly's hands again. She is dangerous, selfish and rude.
Always ask for Luis anytime you go to Tower Auto Mall for a good and a better deal ?

They engage in shady business. They take out every week for payment and other stupid things. All of a sudden they decided not to do it. They send me an invoice which doesnt allow me to pay because i have no balance. They shut off my car while I was out of town celebrating my birthday, leaving me stranded. All because they trying to force tactic me into another terrible contract when Uber's existence and viabilty is into question. What happens if Uber/Lyft bail? You will just repo it back.

This is Adama Sidibe. And let’s be honest on a personal level Tower deserves more that 4 stars. As usual, when I go to any office, regardless of how mad, frustrated, that I am, whoever in charge of whichever department always tries their best to satisfy my needs. However, sometimes it doesn’t go as a Wish or they Wish, but I love and appreciate the patience, professionalism, Calm temper and very underrated leadership of Karolina and Karen. I must add that Brian is always helpful, as Anthony, Terrence and Carmela, and especially last time Eddie Ramos. There are just so many people, so many complaints, so many things happening at the same time that it can be overwhelming for anybody if you put yourself in their shoes. Yet, they still find a way to make each and everyone walk out with a smile.
I had to come back and add more to my review . Overall. I I am comfortable with the four-star but personally it’s a five star plus because everybody you come in counter with, from the front desk to whomever, everybody gives you their best. Hence, my four-star is like a 7 seven star rating because im a very hard critic.

Tower auto mall are scammers. I gave them $5,000 cash to payoff my existing loan. Ali counted the money and gave me a paid in full signed receipt. The next day Ali texted me saying I only gave him $4,000 SCAM! Tower would not release my lien until I gave them another $1,000. Horrible unprofessional business. Tower has no clue how the treat there customers. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else SCAMMERS!
