One of the young ladies that wears glasses is a great person. When it comes to customer service, the person that tells her what to do I think is a supervisor or manager that shows the worst customer service possible that makes the whole laundromat fail in my book, it does a great job in cleaning your clothes. It does a great job and making sure things are done. Unfortunately, when you have 1 person that wants to override a person that was already giving good customer service.
The short woman needs to be fired she was rude and unprofessional interupting any form of good customer service that makes this great and special.

I had a fantastic experience at this laundromat! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were able to accommodate my last-minute request for dry cleaning before a wedding. Not only did they provide quick and efficient service, but the quality of the cleaning was top-notch. My outfit looked brand new and ready for the special occasion. I was impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning to this laundromat for all of my future cleaning needs. Highly recommend!

Dope location to do your laundry. I use their drop off service cuz I’m lazy and am always satisfied. Homeboy at the counters always mad welcoming.

Very clean place, staff is very friendly! Good prices with good machines. There is one nice tall guy that manages the place, he is always willing to help!

AVOID THIS Laundromat!!!
I found roaches in the machine.
And the staff is very rude and discriminating!
Also their machines are very dirty and leaking all the time!

When they first opened, the laundromat was super clean and even their machines. The workers were super friendly. Now, they don’t even clean the machines, and the few women who works there are very unfriendly & rude. 2 stars, the owners are pretty nice.

I don’t really do reviews but I come here a lot and spend a good amount of money all the time and one time they make a mistake no problem 2 times okay whatever but three times is crazy but come on if you gonna add clothes that’s not mine I can only imagine how much of my clothes they are losing if you want to lose your clothes come here that’s what I got from using them so much I fed up with my last time. Never again. They are super nice though just can’t do the job.

The girls working here are very helpful The girls work and help very comfortably Whenever I am in the store I see cleanliness here and there Machines are also clean??

I really like the three girls working there, they help everyone and speak very kindly to everyone. We liked the way of working there and so did the owner I was very happy to see the cleanliness of the store as it is not usually seen in any laundries.

Dropped about 3 bags of clothes to be washed and they were ready the next day. They did an amazing job with washing and folding. I definitely recommend this place.

This place is horrible customer service. They are very racist against people who are not Indian. If you are going to hire foreign people to work for your establishment, they should not feel uncomfortable when people of other races come to do their laundry and pick up their laundry if they feel uncomfortable around other races and will treat them badly they need to go back to their home country, I sent husband in to pick up my laundry Who is not Indian and she refused to help him and let him pay and threatened to call the owner on him this place is embarrassing and a joke. You dont come to America and be racists especially in New York City the center of every race if you didn’t wanna be around all of us, you should’ve stayed where you were around your own people that you “love” so much

Visiting NYC after flying in from overseas. I needed some clean clothes. I searched for somewhere local instead of having the hotel service. I also wanted to check out the city. The place was clean and not so busy. The staff were polite and helpful. I cleaned one load and was able to get my clothes cleaned. I would recommend this place.

Tip top laundry is indeed very tip top! New machines that work very well and the owners are just a delight! Very clean and nice place overall, I was very satisfied!
