I don't know why there are any negative reviews here. Andrew was excellent to work with. I was in and out in less that an hour with everything I needed for my bathroom. He was very knowledgeable, made suggestions and was not pushy. I needed certain items ASAP and he made it happen. He even arranged for his son, Michael, to pick up a drain that I needed right away and deliver it to my house 2 hours after I left his store. It is hard to find customer service like that. I will be recommending Three Way Plumbing to all my family and friends.

This establishment is local to my business and I always like to support local vendors. They work with me and my clients to provide the best possible experience. They are knowledgeable, and accommodating and reasonably priced.

Went to this store since I was looking for a Hansgrohe shower set which is what they deal in. Helped by Nicole who was pleasant and ordered my set. Price was reasonable from what I can tell comparing it online and was told it was in stock and should arrive 7-10 days. So I timed it with my contractor who started the work. As we approach day 10 (business days) My wife called to follow up on the order and was told it should arrive by Friday (day 10) and we will receive a call in the morning. So Friday comes and no call. I follow up on Saturday and was told I will receive a call on Monday. Once again, no call until I called them 2 times before I received a call back saying that it is in transit and to wait for another 2-3 days. When I mentioned that the original timeline was 7-10 days they brushed me off saying, well we are at the tail end of the 10 days. Of course I wait some more since I really do believe in trying to support my local small businesses. I call again on Wednesday and was told they are not sure when it will come in and to check again on Monday. I decided to just cut my losses and cancel my order. There was no issues with the cancellation so they get a star and the price was reasonable so another star but don't count on any follow up or sense of urgency when you call. They really need a system of tracking their orders in this day and age everyone knows where their packages are.

I purchased all of my fixtures from three way. Andrew is an excellent rep to work with, we’ve been clients for years and I get all the fixtures from him. The tiles are also purchased from the same showroom they recently renovated. I get compliments about my shower doors from and vanity from everyone. Not only do they look good but the quality is excellent. Th best place for all your bathroom and kitchen needs

I have never left a review for any business before but i feel compelled to tell comsumers to stay clear of this place. It starts with the lousy customer service and the lack of quality control in terms of checking orders and boxes to make sure that all parts that needed to be there were actually there before handing boxes , which were late anyway, to the customer. After all my issues i had with the woman who originally dealt with me finally contacted ANDREW who i was told is either the owner or manager. He is dismissive and condenscending and if you are not a favorite designer or contractor or someone with a huge order he simply acts as if he cant be bothered. I have gone to a new reputable plumbing supply co to obtain the part which should have been in the box when delivered months ago.

Placed an order 4 weeks ago for a bathtub and bathroom fixtures, was assured bathtub is in stock, called 3 weeks after ordering to schedule a delivery, was assured by Dimitri ( the owner) that delivery will be made next week, called next week 9 am spoke with Dimitri again, reassured about delivery, called today 5 times and at 2 pm Andrew informed me that they did not receive a bathtub yet and " this day and age they cannot control deliveries" really? One month to get a bathtub that is in stock. Those people think they are clowns, playing bed jokes, what goes around comes around...Stay away, this is the last time I am ordering from them, over the years spent over 20K.

The stuff that this store carries are high end and consequently pricey compared to elsewhere. But the showroom decoration and the way that the products are displayed are done beautifully. I love the imagination and the decoration style of the employees. Tho not sure that I would purchase in here bc I cannot afford its prices. LMAO
