This UPS is the worst. Be prepared for the following: 1) $2.80 for tape for each box, no matter so small or big; 2) $5.00 of any box you need to purchase; 3) the rudest young kids working there -- they're on their phone, but will not hold down a small box with an elderly lady to get it taped. I thought the fees were across the board the same for any UPS store, WRONG. Other locations don't charge these additional fees and from personal experience other locations close by don't charge these fees, are kind and professional. Bottom line -- just STAY AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY UPS FRANCHISEE AND HIS TEENAGE EMPLOYEES WHO CARE MORE ABOUT BEING ON INSTIGRAM THAN BEING OF ANY ASSISTANCE. Never again will I stop foot there.

The staff I worked with here was very kind and empathetic. I was here the day before Thanksgiving returning an insane load of Amazon items for a job. It was so chaotic and difficult that I literally broke down into tears while hauling all the items into the store. The staff saw me struggling and everyone started to help me out. One of the staff members (I regret not asking his name, but it was employee 256250 on the receipt) went out of his way to help me go through each return code and even carry huge packages from the cargo truck parked outside into the store. The whole process took 3 hours, and in between helping other customers, the staff made it possible for me to get all the returns done in time. Thank you all for being so down to earth and real- it’s this kind of culture that made my experience so positive.

They charge $2.20 for a strip of tape if your package isn't sealed. And the manager will kick you out if you ask him why don't you charge $.50. Because surely, they're scamming and pocketing customers' money.

They’re all chitchatting and on their phones while only one person is dispatching…..Some guy with a beard, scans, one thing and then gets back on his phone like if he’s getting paid to be on his phoneThis is the third time I come back to this place and it’s always somethingManagement what are you getting paid for?Unless you’re just as lazy as your employees

Basic UPS shipping store with supplies available in case you need something to take home . The employees were working hard to ensure the line moved . I will be using this UPS store for shipping needs in the future.

Went to the ups store today 9/30/2023 at 9:30am and encountered the rudest girl. She was the only one working and there were no other customers in the store so wasn’t like she was so busy. Had an attitude the whole time I was there for no reason. I had 2 boxes to return and she had a fit that I didn’t tape one of the boxes all the way. When I asked to borrow tape to fix it she told me in the future tape it all the way or we won’t accept. Rudest girl I’ve ever met. Maybe she was having a bad day but people forget you are at work and you still need to provide customer service. I’d rather go to another ups next time then ruin my morning again with such an u pleasant person. This store manager really needs to train the employees better.

I came in on 9/20/2023 to ship home items that I couldn't bring on a flight with me. The laughter that ensued with the items that I had brought in was contagious! I felt bad that I had held up the line because I needed the items (skeletons) packed as well, but the staff was so courteous and friendly. I apologize for forgetting the staff member's name, it's #250760 on my receipt that had helped me, but he had gotten me a great price by being able to fit my items into a smaller box too! He said that it made his day being able to pack my two skeletons to ship for me. I hope that the group chat got a good laugh from my items as well, and they arrived today safe and sound, ready to help me with some car seat education events!

After reading some of the reviews got a little scared of what I was going to experience in this store but I couldn’t be more wrong. The staff is helpful and patient. I got to witness a rude costumer being demanding and uncooperative so I can see where the bad reviews are coming from. My experience was quick and easy because I took the job of actually reading the return policies and steps I needed to take. Thank you to Ms. Jorley for being such a sweetheart and helping me out. Definitely coming back whenever I need to return something

If i would be a mean person i could take this on a personal level today but i am writing this review just for the owner of this store to be aware of the attitude one of the ladies in this store has.I visit this store very often and never got a bad experience there. But today I went there with 4 big packs and my 2 little kids on top and nobody even responded to my need of opening the door for me because the packages were oversized.A very nice lady also a customer came to help me instead and I made it in the store. When I expressed my disappointment one of the two ladies , in the center snapped at me in a very rude way and accused me even of bringing a negative energy in the store, arguing with me loud and with no respect.I know UPS can do much better. So please teach your people what good customer service should include and exclude!Thank you very much

The staff here is friendly and attentive. It's important to read the instructions for your Amazon returns carefully, and you'll have no trouble returning to this location or any other Ups Store!

This place is always helpful with Amazon returns. A young lady named Jorley assisted me in changing the QR code I mistakenly created for staples to an Ups store without the need for a box or label. Was extremely helpful and prompt!

Amazon returns not being received from here. Customer service is absolutely terrible. The kid with the guns and roses shirt was on his phone the whole time while the line was out the door. They all have attitudes. Go to another UPS. No one helps.
