You can hear the tenant above you urinating through the ceiling when you’re in the bathroom. Walls/ceilings thinner than thin. When our next door neighbor is yelling at his wife, it sounds like he’s yelling at me, in my apartment. I can hear everything.

1:I would say the south tower elevator sucks, almost every week or two weeks not working, people have to carry heavy thing use stairs2: maintenance team, 2 Spanish guy, they don't know what is respect and greedy3:front desk, Frank, no comments, low ability solve problems

I have read reviews and i don't understand most of negative reviews. My experience was great. Lease application was approved very promptly in less than 24 hours. Jonathan is the most pleasant person to deal with and front desk Frank is just the bomb. I love the building and all my interactions so far were super positive. Apartment is also nice and large. Highly recommend.

Great apartment building to live in! Front desk staff is always so helpful and service is always fast when something is not working in the apartment. Overall a great place to live in.

Don't be fooled by the exterior this place. I'm still baffled by the amount of roach infestations, incompetent, incentive management and just because it has luxury in it's name doesn't mean it is...trust me on that.

I have been living here for 3 months and since I moved here my appliances like my stove and refrigerator have not been working normally. Everytime I turn on my stove top it gives off a strong smell and my refrigerator twice has broken down. When emailing the building manager you don’t get a response from him. Not happy about this place

BEWARE OF OPAL MGMT and A&E realtyLack of communication.We heard back from no one regarding the concerns we had for 4 weeks. If not mistaken Luke reached out to us via email on August 30 inquiring whether or not we would be moving forward with the unit or not. We expected the leasing office to have followed through on their part to settle what we had experienced during the first couple days of the month. While we heard back from no one in the time frame that Nicholas provided, we had to urgently make alternate arrangements to find living arrangements elsewhere. This was entirely incredulous and to this day both Miguel and I are appalled as to how Luke thought it was okay to "follow up" with us after an entire month of no communication.Not only have I rented for a good number of years, but I am a professional who works in an industry that understands how to rectify concerns raised by clients, business partners, and/or employees. I have also rented from management companies such as yourselves that when necessary have been able to address the matters at hand and understand when to be professional and adhere to customer service. I echo what Miguel has said in that this wasn't handled well from the start.

Maintenance Issues and Crew:Maintenance crew are lack of experiences and skills , missing appointments, delaying services, yet issues recurred and very unprofessional- causing tenants anxiety, stress, inconvenience, wasting hours of waiting time.Terrible!!! Terrible!!!

If i could put 0 starts i would do itDon't waste your time thereI moved out 1 month ago and they need ti guve me the deposit back.After 2 weeks they called me you didn't give us the keys back ( i gave them when i moved) told them i give them the keys.2 weeks later i calls to check wherw is my deposit they said we sent you you should get it.After 4 fays they email me the balance of the deposit 1875$ instead 2200$They clean the oven they clean the stove (top) and stove woodAnd the wall repair ( the hole) whics it's fine for the holeBut i cleaned everything before i moved try to call them they said it wasn't clean .Don't waste your timeFind another apartment!!!!!!!!!!

Building has kept building amenities closed for over 9 months. I was hoping to save on a gym membership and now I have to pay out of pocket. The building management will not reduce my rent even though it was advertised as part of my rent.All my other friends have their gyms open in their building.

Management refuses to open building amenities in the building despite government permission. For months we have not had access to the amenities we pay for and have not received a refund for the inconvenience. No access to Gym, Library, Arcade Room, or Children’s play room.
