Called them for store hours and to find out info on chairs . While they did not have anything within my price range (these chairs are costly) but the man I spoke to was incredibly helpful in giving me info which helped in later making a decision . They do only open if you make an appointment so keep that in mind but they seem very customer oriented and are great helping with info.

The best massage chair retailer in NYC! Since a massage chair can be a big expense, we didn't want to buy one blindly online, so my wife and I traveled all around the city testing out various venues. And this one is our favorite! A real hidden gem, ironically I've lived in the neighborhood for several years but never realized that a massage chair store was here (you do have to call ahead of time to schedule an appointment, but we had no issues with this).One thing I really like is that behind every chair, on the wall is a poster that clearly states the chair's price, dimensions, manufacturer, etc. Some other retailers are not so upfront about their products.We were given plenty of time to try out every chair, and test out every feature at our own pace (special thanks to Jimmy for walking us through all the models). We eventually found the model that was perfect for us, that we didn't find anywhere else.

Great massage chair. After long day of work this is what I look forward to before going to bed every night. Jimmy was really patient with us. Spent the time to explain the different functions with the chair. Definetly recommend the product and the salesman!!

This place is by appointment only, it was perfect so that I don't need to worry if other people are also in the store while I try out the chairs! They have price match guarantee even with the big box retailers, plus they have local service if I ever needed for the service in the future!

Our family have considered to buy a massage chair for a long time and don't know which model we should buy. I am glad I found this store online with showroom to let customers to try different massage chairs. Also I am glad to meet Jimmy in the store and he is very professional and give us very honest and detailed introduction of different models. Finally our family decided to buy Synca JP1100 with good deal on Mother's day. It ended up it is a good buy. The quality of the chair is good and it fits our small living space. The functions of the massage chair is so powerful and our whole family really enjoy this new "member". We use it almost every day and so happy with the purchase:) Also, the technicians who came to my house for assembling are very professional too. Thank you!

Place is never open, you have to call to make an appointment because nobody is in the store even during business hours. (This is not due to COVID restrictions, nobody is in the showroom unless you call to make an appointment so a salesman can come and open the store). Same model chairs are over $1000 cheaper at Costco which is where I ended up purchasing mine.

I purchased the synca JP1100 last year in fall and I’m absolutely loving it. My wife had suffered pains from a car accident and had to stop going to physical therapy due to the pandemic. With this new chair, I think she will never need to go to her PT anymore. This chair is nice looking and of high quality. Also, the touches are really on spot.The sales guy Jimmy is super helpful. He’s able to answer any questions and doubts you may have and he works with you to find the best chair that suits your need and budget. I highly recommend this place.

The Sales Rep Jimmy was very knowledgeable about the massage chairs, he showed and explained different makes and models and let us tried different types of chairs, he made recommendation according to our needs. We bought one that suits our best. Jimmy was also professional and friendly. The store was very clean and customers were by appointment only so that only one group of customers at a time were allowed to ensure health and safety for everyone. The chair we bought is Synca JP1100, and it is awesome! It is sturdy, high quality, the functions and areas that it massages are wide and has enough strength level/pressure on the body (we prefer deep massage over relaxing massage). We really love the chair, we have been using it almost every day since we bought it.
