I ordered a chopped cheese roll no lettuce no tomato and i got chopped tomato and no cheese. EDIT: 3 weeks later I’m thinking I’ll give them another chance, order the same thing, they get it right this time (no lettuce, no tomato) BUT THE CHEESE AIN’T CHOPPED (mixed in and cooked with the ground beef). Two slices of cheese on top of the ground beef, what’s the point of this? I could’ve ordered a cheeseburger if that’s what I wanted. What a waste of time and money.

The most delicious breakfast sandwiches. Very generous with ingredients.Nova bagels stuffed with lox and generous cream cheese. Great prices. Highly recommend

We legitimately get sandwiches from here nearly everyday. They have the single best sandwiches in the area. Their breakfast sandwiches are better. than any other deli around us. Such a gem in the heart of Sunnyside. The staff and delivery people are always very friendly. Highly recommend.

I would have given 5 stars but the night guy at the counter with glasses and pony tail has given me the wrong sandwich 2 times in a row . I asked for a chicken cutlet with mozzarella cheese ketchup and mayo and I get grilled chicken with honey mustard lettuce and tomatoes . He doesn't listen or know what he's doing. I go there almost everyday and he's the only one that gives me an issue

Gave me the wrong order and I was really looking forward to this meal. I can’t give this place a fair review but hopefully they can let me have a sandwich to try it again. It’s not fair that I stated what I want and I got something completely different. I paid $10 for a wrap that I could not even eat

I went in store to buy a pack of cookies and cashier accused me of stealing bread Which i never picked u0 bread Just picked up cookies I do business there frequently too Never no more ill take my business elsewhere

As a Deli, it's the best in the area in terms of quality of the food and service is friendly. Won't recommend anywhere else in Sunnyside for this type of food.

Nice people. Fast service. BUT -- I order the same thing every time and they always have a habit of messing up my order. I order a turkey bacon/egg/American cheese/avocado on a bagel with salt pepper ketchup. And they always forget the avocado, salt, pepper, and ketchup. :( I've only received my order right maybe twice ever.I really refrained from writing a review because I hate to write anything that is less than positive but it's been pretty consistent every time for the last few months. But they ARE nice people and I do enjoy how close this is to the train. My suggestion is to have them **repeat** your order back to you and to say it nice and slowly for them. I think they get thrown off by me asking for turkey bacon instead of regular bacon and so they forget all the other components I ask for. They don't label their orders either so it's hard to remember / know if I got charged extra for missing ingredients.

I am constantly ordering from them. I don't understand how they manage to add bacon most of the time, even though I don't add bacon. I'm wasting time waiting for the wrong order. I hope they can better control the orders. It's frustrating to receive incorrect items, especially when I clearly specify my preferences. Perhaps they need to improve their system for taking orders accurately. I would appreciate it if they paid more attention to the details of each order. It would save both their time and mine if they could ensure that the correct ingredients are included in each dish.
