Dear audienceI am a photographer and travel filmmaker now trying to make it in NYC and I had a portable wagon that needed repair. This will be my fourth time visiting and purchasing what I need to fix a wagon. But Burak was so helpful, oh my panda. The guys are amazing and helped me out today again. and this time I'm happy to report that I fixed my wagon because of him, Burak helped me get two 3/8 16 x 4 some HEX nuts, and some 3M tape. Before he didn't have the J-B weld Orignal but I came back because he was such a good representative for the hardware store, for now on I am going back there to buy all the parts and anything else I need.Just want to say Thank you Burak again bud, you re the best.Your truth ThePandaPhotographer

Serious logistics issues. Milk fridge was practically empty for 2 weeks. Same with Eggs. Prices are attractive but what's the point if you're not actually selling anything. Does the regional manager hate the store manager here and is withholding restocking for some reason?

They lock their bathrooms and the are no changing rooms so don't expect to try on any clothes or use the bathroom if you need to. Their pharmacy closes from 1:30 to 2 pm.

I like the location of this store being close to a number of bus lines and above the subway station at Court Square. They need to stock up on some of the clothing at this place but the grocery is adequate.

Can you stop selling expired food? These chicken patties are my favorite and I started grocery shopping at Target just for these. I’m going back to my previous store because the past few times I’ve gone it’s been expired products for half the price. If someone wants to buy that, that’s fine. But could you also sell not expired chicken?

First time at this location and my last. Be careful, Undercover approaching you out of nowhere for no apparent reason when you’re at peace enjoying your“ Retail Therapy “ session. It’s like he was “ bothered “ at what I was looking for. I prefer ordering online. It’s also cheaper with free shipping. I’ve never given a negative review in my life but that’s how irritated I felt after his presence. Plenty of other Targets in NY. This one was definitely not it!

Barely stocked shelves. But the main issue was they had to work on the down escalator so the so called manager directed us to the nearby elevators...only to find a woman working in one so every time we called the elevator, we just waited there because there were no working elevators!!! Eventually the nice handyman let some of us down the escalator so we wouldn't be stuck in target. Also, the man who I assume was a manager...completely ignored our request for yet another way out of the store. Shoutout the lovely handyman for helping us out! I will not be back simply for the lackluster service or just lack there of from that manager.

My first visit was a pleasant one. I can't remember the young lady's name in its entirety but I believe it was Tenzin and she worked in the checkout area, if I am wrong please forgive me. You were soooo helpful and friendly and that meant a lot to me!

They’ve prioritized loss prevention over customer experience to a point of absurdity. I had a basket full of stuff, and needed to get toothpaste (which is the only item I really needed—the rest was pantry items, stuff that’d be fun to try, etc.). I waited so long for an associate to unlock the caged toothpaste that I gave up and left without buying anything.Half the reason to go to target is to wander through without having to talk to people unless you want to.At least assign an associate to roam that section of the store?Such a bummer.I pass the store twice every weekday and a few times a weekend, but doubt I’ll be back.

Apparently it's only been open a month? A bit of a disastrous opening if that's the case. First time I went in a couple weeks ago, some of the fridges weren't working. Today, the elevators, one of the escalators and the bathrooms all out of order. Ridiculous

Small Target that doesn’t really compare to the one at Queens Place in terms of size. But it’s quiet, brand-new, and has almost everything you might need, except for things like furniture/decorations, which you’re better off getting at the one in Elmhurst. There is definitely a larger focus on groceries and basic household supplies. Unlike the one in Jackson Heights, there were plenty of condiments and non-perishable goods to be found. Checkout is also never a hassle; there are plenty of self check-out machines and never any lines.

I’d been waiting on this store to open, was so excited to check it out the very next day after I learnt it opened. It’s a 1 floor space, not the biggest Target but covers the basics, I got the things I needed & a lil more?. The staff I interacted with were pleasant. I was just disappointed they didn’t carry the Baby registry goodie bag but was given a gift card in place. Will call again for sure!
